Enjoyable, convenient, and recommended!

The hotel staff was ok, they tried their best to help when asked. They were very polite, respectful, and confidential, attributes I really appreciate. Despite the few short comings, which can be fixed, I would stay again and recommend.

The internet, oh wow that needs to be sorted ASAP. It was just a touch-and-go mostly-go during my stay. The A/C in our room did not cool it, however, the fan was the saviour.

You might or might not get the room you reserved.

I liked the rooftop and the fact that a decent breakfast was served on the roof top. it is a very central location.

The rooms are ok. it is relatively inexpensive- so you get what you pay for. My stay was ok until the second to last day when my sister and her husband arrived. We were supposed to meet at the hotel. After a 16 hour flight they got to the Hotel at 11 pm and we were informed that they gave away the reserved room. As I speak Spanish- none of the staff speaks English- I asked what they are going to do. The receptionist threw a paper with a hotel name at me. No taxi no help no apology. I got somewhat annoyed but was not rude and asked for the manager - The receptionist then ran away and locked himself into the lobby bathroom- yes it was a new experience but completely unprofessional. We all 5 ppl ended up staying in my room which was very uncomfortable.

I was relocated to another hotel of the same category for the same conditions but more far from the city. Allegedly because of some water damage.

Nothing really

The room smelled like smoke and there was no other room available. I saw two cockroaches....cold water, run down room....stained towels....which I had to ask for as they were not in the room....

my stay warm warming attentive and for the amount they charge unbelievable

we had people try to overcharge for pedicure and hair cut these people went out the way to protect us and our money called cops for us made sure we were safe us never did this for me these people are life savers

everything was great I will be back
