Will defintely visit again.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and did not get boring after a few mornings. Something for everyone from our 2 year old to us. The location is amazing and lakes access beautiful. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English and Austrian usually.

Rooms were clean, but a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable but not the biggest.

Breakfast fantastic. property beautiful. Staff amazingly professional and friendly. . . an amazing time.

some family members didn't like the bed pillows. Not comfortable.

very nice property, but could be upgraded, rooms need refurbishment. location is nice - directly on the lake, with private lake entrance.

personnel was careless and uninviting. it could have been an amazing hotel (considering location on the lake), but needs more enthusiastic approach.

Pleasant

The location is fantastic, right on the lake with an easy access and shallow water. Great for kids too. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful, only perhaps a bit confused and lacking a basic knowledge of the hotel and it's surroundings. The most of our questions were answered by "let me ask" or "let me check".

The hotel is getting old and is missing many of the features you would expect from a 4* hotel. There is no 24hrs reception, no room service and the restaurant closes at 4pm. Before that they offer very few food choices and small portions for an elevated price so you have to drive to the closest town every time you want to eat. The rooms have no airconditioning (very unfortunate in the summer) and there is no minibar/fridge. We would like to store a cool bottle of water or milk for the kids but couldn't. The cleaning wasn't perfect either. There was some mold in our bathroom and a very dusty vent. The bed sheets had holes in them. Overall not what you expect for this price. It needs renovation snd improvement or reducing the price and the number of stars.

Seaside view and nice garden to relax - really nice restaurant - located away from overcrowded places - very silent place

Wonderful location. The staff was very kind and helpful

The “bed” for our child was really a disaster - we have had the big room with a garderobe room, so we did not expect the matrace on the ground for the child.
