Pěkná lokalita, útulný hotel, kousek od Hallstattu

Krásná lokalita, kousek od Hallstattu, milá recepční i personál, snídaně jsou dobré (švédské stoly), pokoje menší, ale stačí, parkování v rámci hotelu (bohužel placené), wifi na pokoji

Občas by to chtělo obměnit snídaně, ale i tak byly výborné a bylo tam vše, co člověk potřebuje.

Best accommodation for our whole holiday.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The location was fantastic- only 5 kms from Hallstatt but with a better view and no crowds. The view from the room was stunning. It was warm and comfortable. Maryana, the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The lift was only working for luggage but this was being worked on. There was only one place to eat in Obertraun on Monday nights.

Parádní ubytování s výbornou polohou

Velmi krásný penzion pár kroků od jezera, poměrně velký pokoj s balkonem (my jsme měli částečný výhled na jezero). Snídaně byla formou švédských stolů s bohatým výběrem, každý si najde to své. Zároveň je to dobré místo jako základna na výlety - přímo z přístaviště se dá jet lodí do Hallstattu, nebo popojít na vzdálenější nádraží (Hallstatt) cca dva kilometry po cyklostezce (ideální na kočárek) a tam přejet lodí do Hallstattu. Zároveň jste kousek od lanovky na Krippenstein, kde je známá vyhlídka 5 prstů a další atrakce, dá se tam udělat i příjemný (místy trochu ostřejší terén) cca 10 km okružní trip ke 3. lanovce. Nad první lanovkou jsou jeskyně, které taky stojí za návštěvu. Vše super. A parkování u lanovky zdarma, u hotelu placené.

Good location at a reasonable price

Close to the water and access to a boat that goes to Hallstadt. Bus stop and train station also close. Beautiful park for relaxing. Breakfast was good.

The walls are paper thin and every noise can be heard. Toilets flushing, showers running, everything. Very noisy. Also the curtains in our room were "see-through" and with the street light outside our room was brightly lit the whole night without any way of changing it. So sleep was very little.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Restaurantempfehlung war für meine Ansprüche nicht passend. Ich weiß nicht ob es überhaupt ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe gibt. Ich habe versucht am Abend telefonisch jemanden an der Rezeption zu erreichen, da es ein Problem mit meiner Zimmertüre gab; es war niemand da, den man um Hilfe hätte bitten können.

Lake view and perfect honey moon adventure

Location, 8 mins walk to the train station in Obertraun. Lake view, easy access, plenty of parking space.

Rooms are cozy, but small. A bit noisy at times.

The room, warm receptionist, we can put our luggage before check in at the hotel. Obertraun is quiter than salzburg and i love the lake at back of the hotel.

The bathroom is very small, you have no space at all, and the water in the shower was cold.

The staff is friendly, and the room is clean. There are a table tennis table and we enjoyed it! There are a very delicious restaurant nearby.

Weak water pressure in the shower, and shower water was not warm.

This is my 2nd stay and I'm still impressed. Great location, Very close to the lake, The hotel is very clean. Our room is on the 2nd floor and perfect size for a family with small children. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful.

The food is delicious but there is not much variety. Hair dryer works for 2 minutes and then doesn’t work. The small heater heats the room very slowly and cannot adjust the temperature because is was lock. In booking.com about parking details wrote that there is a public parking, after i arrived i found the hotel has a private parking (perhaps is new one cause 3 yeas ago i was here but haven’t this parking place ) I want hotel to add the details in booking.com as well.

The view was phenomenal! Staffs were good. Someone has stolen our parking spot and the lady staff helped us immediately after reporting. Location is another side of Hallstatt that’s why you have such an amazing view there. You have to drive about 4 minutes to Hallstatt. I personally wouldn’t stay there if I didn’t come with a car, but I spotted a bus stop nearby the hotel as well

Room is a bit tiny, especially the toilet. But it was bearable because most of the time, we stayed outside Bed seemed unstable but we made it through the night 😂
