Enjoyed the first stay so much left the Hilton on the Palm a day early to go back and relax n chill

Location was excellent for visiting the Gold markets ant the Frame also Burjh cheap taxi ride rooftop pool bar klass ,beside the Irish village great food n music, staff excellent early check in on both stays comfy beds room with a view a big plus as requested thanks guys 😎👏👏

bardzo glosno w pokoju

Dostalismy pokoj w ktorym codziennie od godziny 8 wieczora do 3 nas ranem było slychac glosno muzyke i roznego rodzaju instrumenty muzyczne. Nie spalismy przez 3 noce. Obsluga w ogole nie zareagowala gdy zglosilismy to na recepcji. Hałas najprawdopodobniej byl w salonu lobby na pietrze nad nami jednak gdy pytalismy obsluge skad jest ten hałas nie dostalismy odpowiedzi. Nigdy nie wroce do tego hotelu poniewaz jakosc snu byla na poziomie zero! Jest to niedopuszczalne w hotelach tej kategorii.

Great hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

The club lounge staff were great especially Jas and Ishaan. Also Judy at concierge desk.

House keeping could have been better. Room was not stocked up adequately.

Breakfast was good. However, I think it's better to have it at some cafe in the hotel or outside hotel. There're many options you can choose for breakfast. Even though the breakfast is good, you don't have to spend that much money.

It was the worst view ever. You'll only see the other buildings very close and cannot open the curtain. I asked them to change the room to other view but they didn't accept. The amenities are so bad quality. If you'll shampoo, you have to use 1pc all of the tube. Even though you use it all, it never bubbles if you are a female. If they are not willing to provide good quality amenities, I think it'd better put pump type shampoo. And it was really inconvenient to use the body shampoo because I had to squeeze it with all my fingers. It was not pump type... I felt like they don't want to spend money for the things. Anyways, you cannot say it's 5 star hotel. It's worse than 3 star hotel. In addition, it's not easy to enter the gym and sauna because it's strictly controlled by the staff. They only give you 1 bottle of water and 1 towel. Which never happens in 5 star hotel. I think this hotel is focusing on group of company or seminar. So they don't really take care of personal guests.

I love the hotel and gym. Excellent food, rooms and staff.

The equipment seems to be aging for instance the TV doesn't work properly and the light switches don't synchronise. Also, the curtains around the bathtub make the aesthetic look shabby. Would be good to give the rooms a bit of a makeover

Great location for overnight near airport

Very comfy bed. Spacious room. Good shower and spacious bathroom. Coffee machine in room. Staff members at reception, concierge and bar were all very nice

A bit tired and dated. The rooftop bar in particular.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were lovely. The facilities were great. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the lady who ran the 5 till 7 club lounge was extremely helpful and friendly

Having paper cups for coffee yet glass beakers in the bathroom made no sense. Either both recyclable or neither.

Consistently good hotel and team.

I have stayed there frequently and it is always a good experience.

There seemed to be a large number of guests from another country and they came accross as arrogant and rude when passing in the hotel or using the lifts etc = not the hotel staffs problem but it did impact on my visit this time.

A very high quality hotel.

Very high quality Hotel, the fit and finish of the rooms is exceptionally high. A very relaxing pool environment with many dining options. I will stay again next time I travel to Dubai.
