Room was good, location was very good, breakfast not applicable.
When we came late in the night, the security asked us to park our car in the basement, when i checked both the basements there was not a single parking and many cars were parked in unappropriate manner. I came back and asked the security why he sent me down when there wasnt any parking available. He said i should pak on the road i tried to find but didnt find a single parking, i checked with a parking slot next to the hotel and he said he would charge AED 60. I went back to the hotel and asked for solutions, my justification was that either the hotel give me a parking or pay for the parking next door. When they said they couldnt do anything i asked for cancellation of my hotel, which they said they couldnt because it was already paid. Then Mr Ahmed the Manager was very polite and said he would help and he checked with the other citymax close by and organized a parking and i eventually got a parking. Thanks to Mr Ahmed.
