The staff are truly compassionate and respectful. The front desk team is especially wonderful, with the reception supervisor lady being kind and consistently helpful to all customers.

The room that I’ve stayed in 14th floor had so much tiny flies coming out of the washrooms. It was not pleasant. The hotel is old and so the furnitures.
Also the rooms views are all buildings.
Staff was friendly and rooms were big
