As a regular guest at this hotel, I always appreciate its excellent location, especially the direct connection to the Mall of the Emirates, which is very convenient for me. The gym, facilities, and overall hotel experience meet my expectations. Everything is comfortable and well suited to my needs.
The only issue that genuinely upset me during my stay was the lack of respect for my privacy by some hotel staff members. As a loyal and frequent guest, I expect a high level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for personal boundaries. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. I sincerely hope the management takes guest privacy more seriously.
