The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when we asking for help
The Italian restaurant on the property , the food was mediocre at best ! And the staff were rude and disrespectful from the resorption to the waiters. wouldn’t recommend at all.

Ambience and proximity to mall
Wifi. Poor for an hotel of that calibre
Breakfast buffet menu needs to be change daily to encourage guest to attend

Position to the Mall of the Emirates, room is spacious
It’s not clean enough, it feels dark and airless. The doors and cupboards feel sticky to the touch and everywhere is signs of dirt. The shower’s water pressure is weak. The view from our room was described as a city view, but its a view of the mall’s roof only.
