Unfortunate closure due to floods

I regularly book this hotel for myself friends and family.

Not the hotels fault. The property was flooded due to the Dubai rains and floods and closed for refurbishment. Would have expected them to relocate me to a new hotel. Had to show up at the property and find out the hard way. However, they had informed me a few days before via the app that the hotel is closed. But my booking was not cancelled and I had missed the message. That's on me.

It was very good until the storms. Many guests were checking out due to water and electricity.

All was good until the storm hit Dubai and flooding created havoc in the area and flooded inside the hotel right upto the dinning area. Hotel was totally unprepared and untrained to handle the chaos. They need emergency handling training.

the stay in Hilton Gardend this time was dizaster

after the heavy rain on Tuesday the water services stopped in the hotel and the hotel staff were informing us the engineers are working to rectify the problems but unfortunately we waited until Thursday with no success, finally we had to leave the hotel.

At first a nice stay that ended with a bad hotel experience

The hotel is nice and the location is near everything

I was supposed to leave the hotel the day the storm happened and the flight got postponed to the next day. I asked in the hotel for an extra night, but i was informed that the place is fully booked and this was a complete LIE! Because they wanted to charge people triple the amount for just one night, they told me to pay 1.200 dirhams for a night because they wanted to take advantage of the heavy rains. I asked if i can leave the luggages and go find another hotel, but they told me no you cant. How on earth can i leave the hotel with my luggages when the outside the hotel was flooded with water and water reached our knees!!! I stayed there for 6 nights before the flood, and they couldn’t find me a room? They left me waiting in the lobby for hours either my 11-year old niece full of water from the rain and then they told me we will do a discount and will charge you with the double the amount? What is this? I had to pay because there was no else to go and the next day i stayed for one more night because flight got postponed again and they told me we will do 50% off today which is the normal rate! Will never stay in this hotel ever again! The attitude of the whole staff is very bad and could handle such situation

Хороший отель. Чисто, хорошо убирали номер. Разнообразный завтрак, понравились вафли) В пешей доступности 2 станции метро. Ужин был скромнее завтрак, но тоже вполне прилично.

Возможно стоит добавить зубной набор и халаты

Excellent team from HK please take a good care of them.

FO team was too slow for check in process. Wasn't able to turn off AC from the thermostat instead use the main switchboard to turn it off.

Skønt rent familie hotel til billige penge

Perfekt tæt gå afstand til forskellige spisesteder. Og så kører der gratis bus hvordan til og fra stranden, et kæmpe plus.

Morgenmaden var lidt for arabisk til vores familie

Excellent location and value for money

Location it is walking distance from the mall of emirates and a central location to most of Dubai’s tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants around it and supermarkets and pharmacies

Voor iedereen een aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug!!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers bijzonder schoon en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Dat vonden wij echter niet nodig. Prima ontbijt en heerlijk verwarmt zwembad. Ligging dicht bij de metro en de Emirates Mall

It was disappointing and not the usual 5star Hilton standard or service.

Clean room Reception helpful, especially one male receptionist.

Location is okay if you hire a car, otherwise you will spend a lot of money on taxi services if you want to explore Dubai. The hotel location is misleading as it is not close to the shopping mall of emirates. The restaurant was chaotic, the breakfast was poor quality and tasteless, not the usual high Hilton standard, we dined from the ala carte menu in the evening, the food quality, quantity and service was very poor. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I wanted to leave!

We loved the breakfast. You can make waffles by yourself 👍. Coffee was tasty. 5 minutes walk to the mall of Emirates. They didn’t ignore our request and we got interconnected rooms. But…

The Rooms they offered us where on the 1 floor and overlooking to the swimming pool. From that side of the hotel, our rooms were like ground floor. No natural light, no sunlight AT ALL. We could not even open the curtains. Because of that, rooms had bad smell. We arrived at night and only in the morning found out that rooms are without view and natural light but we had meetings so there were no time to ask for change. Every day, we left the hotel right after the breakfast and returned at night, just because of the rooms. Also, they should clean the rooms properly.

The thing with Hilton hotels is they always make u feel at home!! The breakfast buffet was amazing and cordial staff! Efficient room service! heated pool! All things to make a family stay comfortable.we had the king suite! Just perfect!

Falta de box “completo” no banheiro. O vidro é parcial, o que faz com que o banheiro sempre molhe quando você toma banho.

A/C and Make-up Room Assistance for Improvement..

Cleanliness..my mom smelled lemon scent as soon as we entered the 2'nd floor hallway..

We requested a new room after our first night..the a/c was not working properly even after one of their engineer checked on it..we did not sleep well.. Make-up room and second request for a/c assistance on the second room took a long time..

Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and waiters were very helpful staff like, Lhamu ( restaurant) Stephen (restaurant) Tahmeed( housekeeping) Jenil & Robert (gym) Delash & Winnie ( Front desk) Those were the outstanding staff members and of course others.

If they could do fresh juices for breakfast, it would be great. On ala carte menu, it would be nice to have more options especially healthy ones

It was an unpleasant surprise to be asked for extra payment for my daughter who is 12 years old as it was indicated that my children will be free to stay at the hotel! It was not nice!

Excellent

The location and comfort were perfect. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in everything. It is the only hotel where I felt at home so far during my trip. From now on, my address in Dubai is Hilton in I would like to thank all the employees, especially Sales manager Ahmed Elkammash and format office manager Dilash Nadir Regards and greetings Mehtap Yetişgin from Turkey
