Overall, I can see the charm that this ‘resort’ once had. I would stay again. Would stay again

It was in a great location. Felt very safe there. Quiet.

It needs a bit of updating on the inside. New blinds and curtains. They didn’t close properly. Shower made a loud hissing noise when on.

Client is never right at le jolibourg

The location and the pool and the kind cleaning lady.

There were lots of ants in the room and when I mentioned it to the owner he didn’t want to believe us and actually screamed at us and blamed us for not complaining before we left but I had already told him that when I made the reservation back in may it was mentioned that if we stayed more than 2 nights we would have access to the spa, when I asked for it they said it was impossible and that it was not available in high season, all this to say that I didn’t want to spend my vacation being screamed at by an owner that won’t even consider a comment politely. I was with my kids and just wanted to simply relax. And by the way the motel doesn’t look like what’s in the picture!!!!!

Great location but not worth the price.

Location

Room was not very clean, couch was too old and uncomfortable, walls of the room not insulated- I could hear voices from other rooms. Pressure from shower was very low, hence I didn't enjoy my baths, lighting in the room is very poor.

Overall it was an above expectation kind of stay.

Its a cute place. It had a pool which was a huge bonus for my son and the location just amazing. Its located right in the village. We were there for Cuban fest and this place was a walking distance to the fest. We had a lovely time here.

Comfortable and inexpensive.

It was close to the ski hill. The room was very clean.

Room lighting was fair.

Very pleasantly adequate!

This room exceeded my expectations! I’m always a little worried when I see a “good” rating, but that is exactly what this motel is. The coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge allow you to make simple meals. There is a fireplace, which is awesome! Make sure you bring a clean burning log (no wood allowed). Happy with my stay.

The decor is dated and a little uninspired The furniture is old. However, not a deal breaker.

Very basic room for cheap stay. Ok for the low price.

Location was great for st sauveur ski. Fire place is nice.

Very cold in the room even if thermostat were up high ( almost turned off upon arrival and took a while to heatup). Bathub isso cold you cant keep water warm in it.
