Price.

Plug ends in bathroom didn't work. Microwave handle broken, needed new lamp,cigerette burns all over sheets comforter. In a no smoking room. Smoke alarm battery beeped all night long. But it was cheapest and was a place to sleep.

Disgusting, will never stay again. Management should be removed immediately.

The front desk woman was nice although unprofessional.

It was filthy, things were broken. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Breakfast should have a protein like a bacon/sausage and scramble eggs also if you have an extending stay you should be able to bring your breakfast to your room and eat. Also you should get a consistent flat rate for the room as àn extended stay guest here at NIWAS EVEN IF YOUR PAYING DAY TO DAY

Terrible. I don’t recommend it

Room smells terrible cigarette and strong cleaning chemicals . Drug dealers all night in the parking lot. I got skin and respiratory allergies.

The bed had stains, the heater was broken and dirty. The room had a really strong smell of cigarette and weed.

Exceptional

Great stuff, perfectly clean, well stocked room. Also to finish with, a great breakfast, and no issues check out, over all it was 5 Star experience in a 3 star Hotel.

All the services and the support staff, they are well trained and goes well beyond the call of duty.

Nothing. The staff was not accommodating. They had no record of my reservation and didn't seem to care

Had to make a $100 cash deposit. Refundable. But they always find a reason to try to keep it.

It was just a terrible experience. The room was stinky like somebody used to smoke in the room.. Right after the first step into the room, smelled like fabreze, one or two seconds after, musty cigarette smell appealed. I just couldn’t stand it and we decided not to stay there for the night. we were in the room literally like 5 minutes the most. and my husband went to the front desk for canceling the stay and refund. but their reply was not nice and couldn’t get refund.

shouldn’t be put on Booking.com, no clean, staff wasn’t pleasant.

nothing, outside of building was dirty, weird people around at all hours. no running water in sink and shower
