It’s was a good stay, close to the beach. Was not congested with people so it was a smaller place

Room was a good size. Parked right outside our room.

Parking was tight, there was NO continental free breakfast as site stated. So we had to drink to go get coffee.

remove the carpets and it would have been perfect

Close to the beach.

Carpet needs to be removed (Staff/management aware of this common complaint)The washroom had a lingering bleach smell even after 2 days and while I kept the exhaust running all day. We found a lingerie, unused condom and another remote at the headboard with some chip crumbs on the side of the bed. For the price, I would have expected a thoroughly cleaned accommodation.

Stay here!

Lovely, sparkling clean and very spacious rooms! Super comfortable bed. lines and pillows. MAJOR PLUS! Beach view, free parking and available spaces. Rare classic Retro vibe GEM in the heart of Pacific Beach.

No breakfast-dont be fooled by website!!

Great location and large room. The room was very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean.

Despite what the website showed and promised, there is ***No Breakfast***. My family and I went down to the lobby to get coffee, juice, muffins like advertised and the office lady chuckled and said oh no, we haven't had any of that since Covid. Disappointing considering that's one of the reasons we picked the hotel. So after 3 years of Covid the website is still not current. Also the heater was loud and when it kicked on it sounded like a loud old car and made it hard to sleep.

great location and super clean

only two thin tiny towels and no bath mat.. the floor got soaked every time I showered. there was no insulation so it was really loud while I was trying to work

beds were big and comfy, the room was spacious.

since all the rooms are near the parking lot it was quite noisy at night. they forgot towels in our room and I had to walk in the cold wind late at night to the office to get some because I didn’t see a phone in the room to contact the main office.

don’t expect much and you won’t bed disappointed. The location is prime. The rooms are fine. be sure to get your request

loved the location. parking is key near the beach - and free parking in San Diego is almost unheard of.

we’ve stayed before- always something missing or broken or just not right about the room but we’ll continue to stay here

the room even if it’s quite big is very uncomfortable furnished and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. The reception just told us to call the help center number that we didn’t do it…

Pool was not available No breakfast Dirty handprints on wall No water pressure Yet charged full price when no pool or hot tub and no breakfast! Said have not had since COVID so? Why claim it in website false advertising on pool , hot tub , and breakfast but still charged

I liked the room very much, but I didn't like the lack of housekeeping.

The room was spacious and the location was close to the beach. I liked the walk-in shower and I liked the fact there was a separate table where you could eat a meal.

I didn't get any clean towels or coffee packets on the second day of my stay. I had to go to the office and ask for them.
