Great room, wonderful beds and a breakfast worth staying for.

Breakfast was not typical of that normally found in hotels, it exceeded our expectation. The Beds were also worth mentioning for comfort. We now plan to stay on our return trip home.

Very nice and pleasant stay!

Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient. The hotel is located close to the shopping Center and that is very good.

I don’t know if there is anything to improve. We stayed only one night. Maybe more security cameras in the parking lot?

The check in was quick and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. breakfast was good!

The beds were super comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good. The coffee especially! The hotel staff were very attentive and polite. Also the in room amenities were good.

The Kurig was a bit of a learning curve but I got it to work.

If you are looking for a rest on your way to NS, this could be one of your stop

This is the perfect stop for travelers who would like to go to NS from QC, very nice environment.

There are lots of mosquitos near and in the property. The property is too close to the main street, making it noisy at night.

Disappointed

We stayed at the hotel on July 15th in room 205. We had a wonderful stay. We returned on July 21st and we’re placed in the same room. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The bathtub was filthy and it was full of hair. We were told that the cleaning lady must have forgot to clean it because it was a full house the night before. It was unacceptable. I called the head office. They switched my room to the suite. Unfortunately it was the only room left. Unfortunate because my niece was with us and there is only one bed in the suite. We were not offered any pillows or sheets for her either. I was told the supervisor would call me today but I am still waiting for the call. 😞

Terrible stay....too many complications.

Not much.

We were on the road for 13 hours and chose a hotel we had stayed at many times in the past because we were so pleased with past stays. Not this time! We were given a room and when we opened the door almost the entire entry was stained badly and smelled terrible. It smelled like dog urine to me. Back down to the front desk to request a different room. The gal on the desk got defensive and stated, that’s not on me. And by the way she spoke she was aware of the state of that room. My Husband asked why she gave us that room if she knew about the stains and she said that carpet has to be replaced but that’ll take time. But, she said, we have to sell the rooms. She gives us another key to a different room. We go into the 2nd room and begin to unpack. Now we have another problem....the toilet won't refill so it won't flush! Ugh!!! Husband went back to the desk to ask for another room and gal on the front desk proceeded to get a bucket containing a toilet valve and other supplies. She was going to look at the toilet and try to repair it. Husband stated that we were tired of being inconvenienced and just wanted to get a room that functioned so we could go to sleep. An interesting occurrence happened to us in the lobby the next morning when another couple approached us asking if we had issues with our room that morning. We stated no we didn’t but we certainly did the night before. They stated that they were not happy either as they had no hot water and couldn’t shower before heading out on the road. So disappointed with what used to be our go to hotel when visiting Fredericton. We won't be returning, that's for sure.

The staff was friendly and professional and got us all settled in...

Nothing... except the absence of bacon on the second and third morning..but coffee is excellent and the food is great

Pleasant stay! Friendly Staff!!

Friendly staff, room was nice and spacious. Location is central with everything closeby. Our stay was pleasant and would return back with family any time we are back in Freddie.

Enjoyable,

The room as well as the breakfast area was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating (early checkin as I was getting married that day) Breakfast was hot, lots of choices. check in and check out was quick, efficient and the desk staff was friendly and polite.

The sofa in the room isn't very comfortable but everything else was great. The only other complaint is that on the second night of our stay the people above us stomped and jumped around a LOT
