Get what you pay for

It's clean and affordable

Temp control did work well. We had trouble with the shower. Turned to full cold, almost burned ourselves with hot water. Constant adjustments yo get through a shower.

Do not stay here no matter what.

If I had to choose one thing, location.

Everything. Smell of cigarettes in lobby, squeaky bed, old and run down everything, the loud and rude hotel guests, thin walls, super outdated bathrooms.

Access

Due to different time zone by mistake I booked one day extra and from the very first day , I shared my honest mistake and asked for consideration. The booking was non refundable based on no show , we showed up and stayed for 8 nights but paid for 9 nights .. they hand balled us between the reception, GM and booking.com and at the end didn’t refund the last day . They rented the room and kept our money too . Won’t stay there on my future trips .

We will not stay there again unless it’s the only place to stay

Bed is comfortable

AC kept turning off. It was on when we just checked in, but when we came back to the room at night, it was off even though the setting was on. We turned the knob around to turn it on again, AC turned on for like 5-10 seconds then it’s off again. We tried that many times and finally we had to call the front desk (room phone didn’t work to call the front desk, so I had to come down). No elevator btw, but there are only 2 storeys. Security guard came up to check the AC, but he couldn’t figure out either. He offered us to move room, but it was so late at night already and we were in pjs so we refused to move room. We would’ve opened the window if the window got screen on, but nope. And oddly the AC turned on suddenly I n the morning for like 1-2 hours, like it’s on a timer. Then the water pressure in the shower was so bad, like as weak as a sprinkler. My husband has stayed in many small hotels in small towns, this is by far the worst.

Comfortable affordable hotel with friendly staff

Reasonable price. Nice hotel. Well maintained and friend and helpful staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Wish it had an elevator.

It was a pleasant stay. I slept well because of the comfort of the bed. Very quiet area too.

The front desk staff were excellent. The cleaners did well in assisting with my needs. Furthermore the cleaners let me know about the cleaned wet floors in the lobby. The extra coffee maker was a great addition.

The floor in my room could have been cleaned or vacuumed more efficiently. Some debris still on the floor from previous guests in part of my room. I didn’t get a new supply of sugar or powder cream for coffee/tea the second day of my stay in my room. I would have appreciated a more detailed list of outside amenities within the neighborhood such as restaurants and stores. A map of the area would have been helpful.

Ok … couldn’t check in until 4 pm and still had to be out by 1100. Thankfully after talking with staff we were allowed t

Very good value and convenient location.

The attached restaurant was excellent for dinner. Wanted to go for breakfast but it didn’t open early enough.

Updated information in the in room booklet is needed. Very good value

Not recommended

Just arrived after a long flight and needed a place to sleep. Barely adequate comes to mind, but was OK for a cheap place to stay.

The heater could have worked, although the manager did show up with a portable heater that eventually heated some of the room. We were just so tired from our flight just wanted to sleep.

Outside our room there was beer cans ,a broken bong,white vial cases,and garbage,also someone banged on our door late at night.very sketchy outside.

Almost all of the parking was taken by work vehicles and work crews were very loud. unpleasant atmosphere.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Liked that housekeeping came in this time around, and are accommodating in Friendly.

Wasn't overly impressed that housekeeping after cleaning our room left our door open.

Decent stay.

The room wasn't too bad and being there for a conference i needed privacy and calm, which i got. Bed was comfortable.

Little bit dirty but easy to fix. Counters not cleaned properly, couple of bugs but it is basically an old forest area. Nothing major.
