Clean and friendly!

Great location, really friendly staff and a great breakfast, lots of options! Will stay here again when in the area.

Was a little disappointed with the sofa bed. It was very small and flimsy.

Best For Extended Stays

The bed was very comfortable. The studios are apartments. I think these are best suited to couples and families looking for an extended stay, resort-like experience, due to the full kitchen. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The bathtub wasn't my favorite as the bathroom was cramped with the toilet and tub/shower in a small room off the very large sink/closet space.

Very nice!

Nice accommodations, spacious, clean and welcoming.

The people in the room adjoining ours were easily heard - the connecting door could be sealed better. The jacuzzi was dirty and off limits. Sidewalks need shaving or spray painted where they stick up and cause people to trip.

It was nasty and would never recommend to anyone.

The location was nice and it was first floor.

Mold everywhere. It was super dirty and fixtures were falling off the wall.

What a lovely stay

I like how comfortable the bed was, the room size was perfect . I Also like that it had more than one pool and hot tub. I will definitely be back.

Staff was friendly

It smelled funny. Also, when you turned the AC on it smelled like someone was smoking. Property needs some renovations

Mother's Day weekend, the best

the management Marcus seems to never be available and the hotel stuff keepsstuff keeps giving me the run around not cool

there was a group of people yelling and talking crazy outside of our building all drunk waiting for there Uber woke us up at 4 am and no security are anything to come out and ask them to be quiet. bed was not comfortable will not stay here are recommended to anyone

I was checked twice for my room and management would not pick up or call me back I talked to 3 different people that worked the desk I should not have to jump though hoops and leave messages when they over charged and won’t give me back my money

worth it !

The property is tucked away behind beautiful neighborhoods , golf course & country club. while the units themselves are a little on the older side they are very well kept up & clean . The hot tubs & pools was a plus also !

The breakfast and layout of the penthouse

The bathrooms need to be upgraded to 21st century from 20th century. Did not look like the higher Marriott quality and standard.

Meh

This place felt safe to sleep at and was clean. Appreciated the hot tub. The complementary breakfast was ok.

This property was very unreasonably priced for its age and quality- it seems like a 1970s apartment complex bought out and minimally upgraded to a hotel. It was not near any major metro areas, but priced as though it was. Not near good restaurants or activities.

Maintenance not being kept up for price of room.

Room was large for two people. Beds clean, and linens available for hide-a-bed. Downstairs room with kitchen offered and convenient. Quiet at night, parking close and available for night arrival. Free breakfast in a.m.

Pocket door on shower/toilet room unusable, latch broken. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Milk drips on side door of refrigerator in kitchen. Could have used more toiletries, more lotion/shampoo. Weeds growing near front door and entry, looked neglected.

I was pleasently suprised with the room and the service

loved the pool area, ENJOYED THE SPACIOUS ROOMS , very good breakfast

everything was good to great. If you were to change anything it would be a little larger shower or bathtubs.

Uncomfortable; have chosen Residence Inns many times,usually dependable, this was disappointing.

Location of facility was very nice

This hotel was badly in need of maintenance; shoddy torn screens, building in need of paint, landscape poor, parking lot unkept-room furnishings very worn, dated. Shower curtain had dirty soap splashed all over the interior, shampoo container looked to be 1/2 full, used? Ceiling had 3 huge repairs shoddy workmanship. Felt dirty in general we did not want to touch any carpeted , or tiled areas without wearing shoes. A lot of money for the bad experience.
