Air conditioner made a lot of noise so I did not bother using it. Shower needed some fixing. Bad shower head. Very thin ceiling. People above my room making a lot of noise walking around. I would rate this Hotel a 6 1/2 out of 10.

The location

I stayed 7 days. The bathroom sliding door was broken and never closed. The toilet is not industrial so the flow is very slow. I did not want to bring this up because I am a business woman and once I am settled I need to get working and changing rooms is such a hassle, specially because these are things that you normally find out once you are fully unpacked. There was no front door security latch inside or even a second bolt. That made me feel unsafe sometimes because this area is not too safe at night for a woman to walk to the store across the convenience store across the street.

The personal was really friendly and professional

The linens must be changed more often
