Pleasant

The thermostat fan control was twitchy. There was no directory on the phone, and was unable to turn the balcony light off.

We stayed 2 nights and would gladly stay again.

The breakfast was fast and food well prepared. Room clean and comfortable.

We were hoping for a pool and/or hot tub after driving all day and were disappointed there was none.

The room. Had a fridge no microwave. The staff said you can request.

They forgot the fies t time to give me keys but Gave me a room #. Second time did not give me parking pass or room key.

Excellent Hotel Choice!!

The room was clean, spacious and the entire staff was always helpful and willing to assist! Angela, who checked us in, made sure that we had a microwave sent to our room and they followed through quickly on all requests! we were there for 10 days and could not have been happier with the accommodations!

Couldn't sleep, walls are thin, could hear everything in other rooms.

The room was clean.

Music was playing loudly ALL night, 2:00-3:00 AM it finally stopped.

Exceptional

Staff very professional, friendly and welcoming. They brought a mat, bowl and bed out for my little dog. Very accommodating and helpful. The room was modern and spotless.

I have no complaints at all.

Lovely location, good price, terribly noisy experience

lovely location close to lots of restaurants, parks, etc.

I’ve never experienced so much noise in a hotel…teens running and laughing in the halls late at night, loud singing coming through the walls, cleaning staff parked right outside our bedroom door for an hour with lots of talking and coordinating their cleaning. I didn’t sleep well with all the ruckus.

Going elsewhere next time

room was clean and the location was good. I've stayed here before and all was fine, but this was the exception.

Power was out, elevator was out of service, room key didnt work. Nothing for breakfast. Staff was not that friendly. Noisy other guests woke us up three times, pounding on the door, yelling and dropping on the floor (wrestling?)

Exceptional

We had our celebration of life for my father here along with family staying in several rooms. When I say that the staff was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us in this time of mourning and celebration words alone can not express our extreme appreciation for them all! A special thank you to Entiom Caldace, the engineers (Luis ( I believe) & the kind gentleman that fixed my broken coffee pot) & Angie at the front desk/reservations. Everyone’s patience and relaxed energy helped this event be as stress free as humanly possible! Our family will be forever grateful & thankful!

Good value, ok location, a bit too much noise from the roads

Good value, easy access to bars and shops in Pleasant Hill. A but too close to the highway so be prepared to be woken up by traffic noise.
