Unfortunately this experience was not a good one. Our toilet wasn’t working, when I called it in Friday night I was told no one has access to the plunger, so it couldn’t be fixed until after 7am when someone came in. So to come down to the lobby if I needed to use the restroom. Wasn’t offered a different room, when expressed how I wasn’t going to wake my child, put him in his wheelchair just to go use the restroom at 2am no solution was offered…Unfortunately that same night my child woke up and vomited on the bed and in the trash can. Again with no working toilet this is a worst case scenario. Called to get the bedding removed, called again 3 hours later because at that point the room was beginning to smell. Was near impossible to get anyone to answer the phones at front desk or guest service. I had to just put everything in the hallway. I feel like even if your slammed and packed, as a courtesy to housekeeping staff and the decency of the hotel you expedite that request. I will say when we finally did see housekeeping, they were very kind no complaints on them.

Check in was complicated, rooms were not ready, there were broken lamps in our room that were never replaced, and there was insufficient staff at check-in resulting in long lines.

Had an issue with my reservation through hotels.com, however, management and their staff went out of their way to resolve it and got my family and I booked and into our rooms quickly. The hotel was clean, staff was always very friendly and courteous. Thank you for makinf our stay enjoyable while we were away from home.

Thia hotel is very confortable, convenient, qith all the amenities you need. You can dine in, lounge at the bar, go for a swim, or stay in amd order room service, out of all of the hotels in the area, Embassy Suites is the best place to stay. The facilriy is convenient, safe amd secure. The staff wiis excellent. They tend tonyour needs and deliver. You will feel apprecoated and important when you stay here.

Stayed the night after a large family event in the hotel ballroom. Hotel and event staff were great. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. No complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay there again.

When we pullednin on the eve of New Years Eve a huge event was going on for the holiday. There were hundreds of party goers and no place to park after we unloaded our car. The first thing I thought was we wouldn't get any sleep after driving for 13 hrs due to guest ging back to their rooms to continue the party. I was happily surprised there was only one incidence of noise earlier around 10pm but the hotel was quiet. And it stayed that way the entire trip. The stagg let us park up front for the night because of the number of guests taking up spaces for the event. And since we had a longer stay charged us half price for parking.
The rooms are fresh and up to date bathrooms and the beds are incredibly luxurious.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn't eat on site. There are many places to eat so close to the hotel we wanted to try. We will definitely be back to the Hilton when we are in the area.

This is 2nd stay at the Hilton on Concord. Each time was terrible. Rooms poorly serviced. No face towels or cups in our room. Had to leave our room twice to get room supplies. The hotel is poorly staffed. The staff is nice but running way too thin. Oh yeah - No ice machine on each floor. Not a good look. Not convenient for guests. I was sent to the 6th floor, but the ice machine was broken, so I was sent to the 9th floor. It's New Year's Eve weekend. You know you'll have a heavy volume of guests. Why aren't all ice machines working? Especially when you don't have one on each floor. Overall not impressed with Hilton whatsoever, especially the Concord location. Needs a service overall.

There wasn't anything unique about the property. The room was acceptably clean,although despite our request one day was ignored by the cleaning staff. My focus of complaint was the bathroom. I did appreciate the stand up shower, but was disappointed not to find a hand-held shower head, which is pretty much ubiquitous everywhere else. Also there were neither hooks to hang clothing on or shelves to store toiletries.

First time I stayed with Hilton Concrod. Everything was great. 4th floor, close to the elevator, clean room, nice king size bad, quite with view to the Hurricane Harbor water park and mountains in the back.
There is a nice bar in the lobby that opens in the evenings, nice outdoor pool and a small fitness center.
My only 2 concerns were the $20 daily parking on site (there aren't other parking options) and breakfast in the main restaurant for $21 for each person. Not ideal.
I liked the stay there overall but not sure if I'll book again because of the high parking and breakfast rates. Sorry.

When I checked into my restroom, the complementary shower gel and shampoo and conditioner shower jaw was out and then when you close the door to go to the restroom, can you look around the door frame the door frame was dirty I don’t know if it’s like it look like brown rust but I don’t know if it’s when people shower it gets dirty but then it’s not clean

No problems. Staff was very friendly but there was only 1 towel in bathroom for a 2 guest reservation. Not big deal as housekeeping was at the next room and gave us a towel.

It was very dirty. Cob webs every even the vent is full of cob webs. I had to wipe everything down the floors were dirty too.

This room was not ready for occupancy. The TV did not work. It took a maintenance man (at 10:30 PM) two seconds to find out why. The TV was not properly connected for operation. It was missing the cable connector! 30 minutes later, he jury-rigged a cable out from the mini-fridge compartment, which kept the door open due to the cord running out, up and behind the TV. The $19 charge for SELF-parking was an irritant. Room charges must include free self-parking. This charge was hidden when making resv. Ludicrous.

Clean, updated, convenient restaurant and bar inside, and lots of socializing areas around the property. Walked to the movies and shopping center across the street, with plenty of dining and dessert options.
