I stay here a lot but it seems like every time, I have trouble with the heating/cooling. Heater stopped working around 11:30 PM last night so it was a long, cold night with those silly, thin blankets. Had to call twice this morning to get it fixed

We’ve stayed here several times, as the location can’t be beat. We are able to travel with our well-behaved dog and the parking is free. The kitchenette is also convenient.
Unfortunately, the rooms are always a little dirty and need repair. The carpets are old and coming loose, creating a tripping hazard. Dog poop lines the walkways & parking lot from negligent guests.
Our room this time smelled terrible at first - like sewage or as though someone had freshly used the bathroom. The smell dissipated quickly after turning on the fan and opening the windows. It never returned, and we can only speculate how it got there. Big crusty stain in the couch (yikes), and mascara stain on the linens.
We stayed for 7 days/6 nights over the holidays, and declined service the first few days as we’re quite neat and didn’t require. On the fifth day we called in the morning to ensure we could get fresh towels/linens, dish soap, and our trash emptied. We also left the entire day and had the DND sign down. No service by noon. We called two more times (lunch and late afternoon) for service, still nothing. Finally late that night we got towels/linens/soap from the front desk and changed the bed ourselves. We said we wouldn’t require service again.
The following day, we were taking a nap with the DND sign on. Housekeeping knocked, and before I could get up, they had opened the door! So much for privacy.
Overall, we’ll be looking for a new place to stay in the area.

Clean, spacious-enough suites, nice breakfast, walking distance to the restaurants and stores in nearby Pleasant Hill village. Nice residential area with easy freeway access. All that we needed.

Although the room was clean, there was dirty laundry in the bin. There were not enough towels(we reserved for 3). After cleaning, the rubber mat disappeared and the shampoo and conditioner was not replaced

We had a noisy neighbor and zero to no response from the night manager. More than likely will not stay in a Hyatt again. This was a business trip and my colleagues and I did not get much sleep.

It's the first time I've stayed here and I was favorably impressed. Prices tend to be fairly high in this area and Hyatt was slightly higher than I usually pay but it was worth it. Parking was easy (and NOT valet) and the property was new and clean. My room was well appointed and had a convection oven, as well as microwave. I would happily stay here again.

Really nice and clean and really quiet. Couldn't hear our neighbors or car traffic. Easy access to the highway and close to shopping and food. One tiny thing that was bothersome is that the refrigerator was so loud, it sound like a dishwasher running all the time. doubt they can do anything about it. but otherwise super nice property. Enjoyed the pool, laundry and they even had a fire pit

We found it convenient and quiet despite being right near the 680 freeway. Good central location with food and a Peet's Coffee within easy walking distance. Ideal for us.

Light over stove did not work. No ice holder to make ice. Keys to room, building and gates to pool and fire pit area worked about 50% of time or not at all. Had to get new keys twice.
Front desk staff for this was challenging and seemed to be bothered by our inquiry/requests

Booked a 2 bedroom suite. At check-in they stated they had AC issues and put us in 2 separate rooms which was alright.
Breakfast was much better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in, had an omelette station. Room was clean, kitchenette has everything you need to cook, perfect for families. Would stay again.

Our son lives in Pleasant Hill, this is now our go to place to stay when we visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is clean, and great for our needs.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms spacious. The outside area was a great place to gather, and the basketball court was a great addition. However the fire pit wasn’t working and the pool was not heated.

Room was very comfortable and staff were pleasant and helpful. Good gym and excellent free breakfast. However, arriving on a rainy evening, was disappointed to find no bar or restaurant for dinner. Fortunately there are many eateries close by, but had been looking for a quiet night.

We were originally placed in room 247. I was working on east coast time so the first night I had to get up at 3am to work. I wake up, turn the lights on, look back at the bed and see 3 bed bugs crawling up on the pillow. I am freaked out and I wake my brother up and we call down to notify management who was very nonchalant about it. They offer to have the maid come and I explain that won’t do and he eventually offers a different room 2 floors up. We move to the new room with no help from management. I go down to speak with them about making sure they close off and treat that room but the manager is again nonchalant. I explain I am a doctor and this is very hazardous to public health and he needs to take this serious and get the room treated. The manager said, if we in fact find bed bugs we will treat it. I explain I captured one and left it in the room. He nonchalantly says if the maid finds it and confirms we will treat. I leave frustrated and then the next morning I have several bed bug bites from where they had been feasting on me in room 247. I see the manager the next day and he says they are going to close the room and treat the room and he offered me $10 to clean my cloths as he says I need to wash and dry them in the heat to ensure I don’t take any bed bugs with me. That was not enough for me and my brothers clothes. This place has bed bugs and management nonchalant and the service was poor- stay away from this place they have bed bugs!!!

My stay was okay - this Hyatt House - had a bad stench as I walked down the 1st floor hallway to my room. Luckily my room smelled fine. It was an okay stay up until the next morning. Around 9am I heard the bathroom sink make some noises - which woke me up. I waited about 30-45Mins before I got up to discover that some black sewage came out the sink - that smelled very terrible. I had a few things on the bathroom counter that I had to wipe down. This black ink like sewage was everywhere. I tried calling to the front desk but the room phone wasn’t working. So I just hurried to get dressed to get out of there as soon as I could. I did not complain as I checked out because I was running late to my salon appointment. So I just gave the front desk a heads up that they would need to check the room out once I left. I do have pictures and I do hope someone reaches out to me for some kind of compensation or free stay because that was the worst thing to happen to me during my stay at a Hyatt establishment. And I stay at Hyatt hotels quite often.
