Me encantaron las albercas, las habitaciones, todo muy limpio, el personal del comedor en el desayuno muy amable. Mis hijos quedaron muy contentos. Todo muy bien.

Not so great room with a nice pool shared by multiple other properties

The breakfast was decent for what it had to offer and the staff seemed friendly.

The room was rough to say the least. It was very dated. But also very dirty. It stunk like mildew and the air co destined leaked and kept the carpet soaking wet in certain areas around it. Family of 4 staying in a king room with a pullout sofa and we’re not given linen for the pullout. The mattress for the pull out was covered in stains and sand. Our room was next to the elevator and all night long it would wake you up as it ran up and down

Good place for vacation with kids.

Good location, good to have a breakfast team at all times.

No shuttle from airport. And I did not like that free shuttle to Disney stops in four or five other hotels after Springhill.. We used the first time as we did not know this, second day used an Uber.

Very good hotel for families and close to parks

The room was a great size with good facilities

There was no where in walkable distance to eat or have drink accept for one small place at the rear of the property

Razoavel, porém caro.

A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, estão sempre querendo ajudar. O cafe da manhã é otimo, super conveniente e completo. Outro ponto positivo é que o hotel possui estacionamento sem cobrança adicional.

O quarto é muito antigo, o ar condicionado era extremamente barulhento e no meio da noite parou de funcionar. O banheiro era grande, porém o chuveiro também era bastante antigo, o que impacta diretamente na vazão de agua.

El desayuno bastante bien. Agregaría más fruta.

La habitación no tenía ventilación. Si aire acondicionado que andaba muy bien pero se necesitaba contar con alguna ventana que se pudiera abrir.

Tranquil area close to Disney

proximity to various stores/restaurants (5 min drive) and Disney (10-15 min drive)

1) It is rather ridiculous to charge $5 for the internet connection. It should be free. The hotel charges enough for rooms and tries to bit yet another $5 off the customers. 2) Charging $7 per person for a shuttle to Disney is as cheesy. 3) The hotel's breakfast is until 9:30 only 4) The fountain right outside the the cafeteria's windows is nice. However it would be none the worse for repainting. The concrete platform it is based on is in cracks and worth sealing.

Very Clean, Tidy, Hospitable, Easy with Kids and a great breakfast! Thank you for everything.

Everything was exceptionally clean, beautiful and my kids had an absolutely amazing time!

The crab pool wasn’t heated and it was a bit cold outside, so the kids couldn’t go on the slide or swim as much as they wanted to. But the spa jacuzzi did help a lot in keeping them warm.

Buena experiencia, solo pequeñas cosas que mejorar.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, el desayuno es contundente y para todos los gustos, habitación espaciosa y según las fotografías publicadas

Un día no hubo aseo de la habitación y estuvimos 2 días sin reposición de productos de aseo, El traslado a los parques no funciona tan fluido ya que Disney cambio su estrategia de conexiones y la frecuencia es solo dos veces al día, lo que no coincide con los horario de cierre de los saques Disney.

La ubicación, piscinas, la atención de su personal en especial María y sus compañeras en los ( desayunos) muy amable y cariñosa con los niños. Precio calidad está optimo

Der Aussenbereich ist für Kinder sehr schön.

Sehr sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ist extrem laut. Die Matratze der Schlafcouch ist extrem schlecht, die Betten für vier Personen viel zu klein. Man merkt die Stahlfedern bei der Schlafcouch. Pappteller und Plastik Bestecke sind die Krönung beim frühstücken.

Great place for the whole family

Amazing!!!

The lobby was beautiful, the breakfast included was amazing!!! Staff was very nice and professional. Worth every penny. Location was great and super close to the parks. Definitely staying here again.

the hallways to the rooms were a little warm. It felt humid and warm when walking to our room. The sheets for the pull out couch could have had more blankets. My son was cold during the night because the one blanket he had was very thin.

Even with the plumbing issue & subtly smelly carpet, we would still like to visit again

Breakfast was fantastic, location was great. Room was a good size. The kids loved the pools and outdoor activities.

They had a plumbing problem the day we were there. They had to turn off the water for hours because of it. I'm not sure why they chose the evening hours to turn off the water. But I feel like they maybe could've waited a few hours to fix it while most people were asleep, instead of turning off the water while people were trying to brush their teeth, showering and getting ready for bed. Also, our room on the 4th floor smelled like the carpet was old and had old water damage.

I love it there

I love everything. It’s my favorite place to stay! Tonique was unbelievably AMAZING!!!! So helpful and polite and accommodating!!!

The bartender Julia. She was terribly unprofessional and rude. And I’m pretty sure she overcharged me and kept my cash.

Great option to stay during a Disney vacation

The breakfast buffet was nice, if they would add some cold cheeses and deli meats it would be perfect. Very nice and friendly stuff throughout property. Highlight is the outdoor recreation area with the pools and various activities. The tiki bar license to chill serves great drinks and delicious food. Rooms are very spacious.

More flexibility with shuttles to Disney world since they only leave twice a day and come back way before the fireworks at magic kingdom which is a highlight for many park goers so you have to find a different way to get there. The fridge unfortunately doesn’t have a freezer section so for longer stays you can’t store ice cream or frozen meals for the microwave for a quick dinner. But those are all just small things and don’t really affect your stay just something to be aware off

The staff was very friendly, pleasant and professional!

All of the common areas were visibly dirty and unkempt. The halls were hot and felt and looked dirty and musty.

Everything! Very family friendly and I love that there were 3 pools and activities on site. We didn't get time to do mini golf but we will next time.

Only complaint is the size of the room. Not as big as I thought it would be but that would not stop me from coming back

Our family vacation review

The pools and the attractions for kids to do. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were patient with the kids. The breakfast was phenomenal, with different choices every day.

The bathroom downstairs and by the pool was always dirty. Also, they were short staff, the zip line wasn't able to be done, and the water slide in the crab pool wasn't opened because the staff was short. I wish when we arrived we were notified of all the things they had for families to do at a hotel. We didn't find out about it until the day before we left. The laundry room only had two washers and 2 dryers, which took forever to do 4 loads for a family of 6. One of the dryers had to be used twice in a row in order to dry the clothes.
