It was great, except for the parts that I mentioned.

very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for my travels.

the room was musty smelling and we saw what looked like mold of some sort on the ceiling in the bathroom and around the light in the entry of room. I wasn't a fan of the connecting room, and I was not asked if a connecting room would be okay. The people in the room tried opening the door that connected the rooms and I was a little nervous about that as I was with my young daughter in law and it was just the two of us. They were very loud late into the night and slamming doors including the door on their side of the connection doors.

We would not go back ever.

The pillows and the front desk clerk

Old, dirty in hallways and stairs. No elevator, walls are thin so very loud, remote didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush a few times and the room smelled terrible like smoke and dirty laundry.

The staff was easy to talk to and deal with. They put out a decent breakfast. Over all it is a decent stay.

The Hot tub didn't work, there were a few things in the room that really could use updating. There was a very strong musty smell in the room until you put the AC on.

Overall, terrific stay and wonderful staff!

Terrific staff that are always helpful!

Security Light on outside my room window. Curtains allowed light in because they were not long enough and could not be longer due to AC below window.

Great staff and very comfortable room..cleanliness was very good, not perfect, but obviously HK Stat

Breakfast was minimal..no bacon left and poor quality sausage. I ate breakfast out except for juice snd coffee was fine..

NO STAY SURESTAY

NO STAY SURE STAY- I traveled from the DFW/FTW area to transport a friend to a family reunion. Two hours later I discovered I had booked the room too far from the event. I contacted front desk to inform of my dilemma & booking.com to cancel and to inform that I would not be staying in the room and to please cancel. No cooperation and was charged for a room I did not stay in. Imagine that I truly believed calling immediately back to at least give them time to rent the room again and to inform that I would not be driving way back there that I was too tired....but of COURSE my credit card was charged $107 imagine that- so as for the survey, I can't truly say what it looks like or any of the commodities above, I'm certain it's probably a lovely place but as for the frowny face- come on now $107 for what who has money to give away.
