The customer service at the front was the only thing I liked.
The room 104 was a big disappointment. The bathroom door didn’t close. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The room smelled moldy. The wall to the bed area was very dirty; I had to wipe it down myself. Both bedsheets had holes in them. The floors were dirty, so I couldn’t be barefoot. The chair to the table was dirty. The cleaning lady wouldn’t give me extra towels. She said they don’t have enough. I would have to give her the dirty ones first.
