Hotel was good overall. We’ve stayed here before, my daughter has dance competitions here yearly. Only cons were toilet seat was very loose, humidifier in room kept saying empty (it wasn’t) and the hotel lobby, breakfast area and halls were extremely warm.

They charged my credit card the morning before we got there. I was going to use a different card when I got there. That one was just supposed to hold it. I called to ask about it but the desk clerk was difficult to understand and kept talking over me. The room and the pool was very nice. The breakfast was excellent.

Room was okay. Bathroom needs work. Water pressure is fair at best. Tub needs caulking. Ceiling over the shower head needs scraping, patching and painting. Towel’s barely dried me. Very thin and not very big. Breakfast was okay.

People were great. First impression walking in. Is a smell. IMO I believe it is the couch in the main hall. I was thinking about leaving and went to the room. No musky smell or anything in the room. Some grout needs to be cleaned more. But you can still smell the clean smell of the rooms. I will be coming back

Need to have someone at the front desk that can speak legibly and answer questions and not have hair down to his shoulders and a ski cap on and look completely unprofessional with several teeth missing. We were told we could “not” get a printout to show a zero balance because booked through hotels.com. That has never been the case.

The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. We were disappointed that the treadmill was not working. Also the smoke detector in our room was dangling by a cord, not sure if it actually worked. There was also a very noisy dehumidifier in our room- guessing it was to get rid of musty smell. Breakfast was slightly above average as far as budget hotels go.

We did not like the bed. It was too high and uncomfortable. Water took several minutes to warm up for a shower. Room was very spacious. Very nice.

This place is overall clean. Clean beds, clean carpet. Needs some minor maintenance: The door lock was damaged and was hanging by one screw The bathtub fixture was loose. Breakfast is served daily, general servings: Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. A place to make your own waffles. Variety of cold cereals available Orange juice tastes bitter and seemed watered down. Breakfast area was clean

Have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue. This time around we were hit with a small "service fee" when checking in, although small I had pre paid for my room as I had many times before. So expect random fees at check in with no explanation. Also the fire detector was hanging from wires and not mounted. The overall upkeep of the hotel has began to do downhill. Will seek other accommodations next time.

This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. First impressions are a lot, and your front desk agent the night of Thursday December 7th was less than a good first impression. He was not helpful, if anything he made us less certain and more confused. As we go to the room (218) we are on the elevator and a horrendous stench of musk, and almost like a vomit smell was there to greet us. Along with a slow and barely working elevator to the point of taking the stairs after a knee surgery was more efficient and probably safer. There were discolored patches all along the hallways which obviously made us feel more than safe(sarcastic). I travel for a living usually 2-3 times a month Jan - Nov, and wanted to see if the Wyndham tree was a good switch from Marriott and Hilton like I usually stay at. Good thing this was a trial run, cause the hotel room, service, and amenities were certainly not as pictured on the website. The room itself, the shower took a legit 10-15 minutes to get from freezing cold to Luke warm, every time you go to turn it on. To go along with a spot in the ceiling in the shower that is bubbled out and clearly holding extensive water. The fan did not work our last night. There was an odd feel/crust to the restroom door handles. I have pictures for all my complaints to show they’re not just me being “one of those customers” I never write reviews. But this hotel stay has pushed me to the writing/complaining extent.

Dogs barking when you're trying to sleep was an issue. Didnt realize it was pet friendly when I made our reservations. The pillows sucked. They were little puffs w/small chunks of foam. The housekeepers were exceptional. This is the 1st time since COVID that I've been in a hotel that came in & made the bed & changed towels while we stayed there.

Our room was excellent! It was very clean and comfortable. Although the breakfast was not. The eggs were cold. The sausage was disgusting. Thankfully there was cereal, oatmeal, and toast. Also there were waffles.

I booked a last minute stay here because i am local and thought it was one of the nicer hotels. It was a weird experience from the start. The check in clerk was in the corner on his phone for a minute or two before i fake coughed into my hand to get his attention. Then our exchange was super uncomfortable as he was making weird noises and complaining about his “8 hour shift” he had to do which is literally just a normal shift. Upon entering my room it was hot and muggy, and the tv didn’t work. I didn’t want to even tell the desk clerk because our initial encounter was so off putting. Maybe try the hotel next door.

It was a family trip, the front desk lady was friendly and attentive. My questions or needs we’re taking care of. The breakfast was fresh and good. The room and bathroom were very clean. The pool was nice and enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again. I’ll give this La Quinta 10/10

If you use Expedia expect to pay a convenience fee. If you have a pet expect to pay another fee . SMH . I stay in hotels often and this is not the case elsewhere. Will not stay there again .

Our family has stayed here for a week every summer for the past 5 years. The staff is amazing! The hotel is spotless! There is plenty of room in a suite for a family of 5 to spread out. The pool is small, but always clean and refreshing. Breakfast is always the same but well stocked and hot. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Had a great breakfast! Quiet rooms, although I did hear a train. When I left she asked if I wanted a receipt. I didn’t look at it until I left and there was no amount on it that was charged?

The remote for the ceiling fan must have been the same as the next room. The light would turn on and off randomly. I had to turn the fan off at the switch. When the room was cleaned on the first day there were no hand towels or wash cloths left. I picked some up at the front desk.
