We felt that the staff cut corners and we didn’t trust that they maintained the place well.

We ended up not staying here once we arrived. Our room had a door leading to the outside that wouldn’t shut since the latch was completely rusted. The front desk told us to “stick a wet rag” to keep the door from opening, but “no one’s gonna come in there”. We felt that there was no privacy in our room since our door was right next to the lobby. The fire alarm in our room was broken, and the room wasn’t very clean.

It is the perfect place to stay for an ocean getaway.

The location was perfect. Our room looked right on the beach. The atmosphere is so wonderful. It is small, cozy, friendly and accommodating. The owner adds to the ambiance of the hotel.

We loved it all.

I’d stay again but would be nice if you got a break on the price if you stay longer

Private, location was amazing, very comfortable room and bed. Jacuzzi tub was great

Little pricey, thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t.

The view and being so near the ocean shore can't be beat anywhere!

We loved it when it was a real B&B but as life goes things change!

Nice view to the ocean, but definitely needs at least queen size beds and real pillows

The beds are kids size, too small. Needs new bigger mattresses at least size queen and pillows. The pillows are terrible.

Disappointment with a view

The view was amazing.

Smells like mold badly on 1st floor. Large hole in bedspread, cracks in tile floor throughout room, broken toilet, window wouldnt latch and was held closed with rag.

Not worth the price.

The money spent on this hotel room was for the view. Full ocean view right across a narrow street from the beach. The rest of the hotel had nothing to impress.

Room is extremely small. The balcony is small. Refrigerator in the bathroom, but no in-room coffee, The hotel lobby is right down the hall so you can pick up coffee and use the microwave there. I am used to more when I spend $400 for a room.

ocean views from the room and all the snacks left out in the tv room

sheets were threadbare and blanket needed replacing. better mattress, bedding would help

Want to stay again!

Kick back comfortable place. Ann is very nice and sociable. The maintenance guy was friendly also. So close to the ocean you can hear the waves is very soothing. Utenils, dishes, and other needed things are available for guests by the microwave AND snacks/breakfast in the morning.

Quirky atmosphere. Full kitchen in lounge area. Friendly owner.

It was hard to tell at first that I had the right place. They could just get some better signage, that's all. Honestly, once you get past that, it's well worth it. Neat place.
