Exceptional

The food was INCREDIBLE - especially as a vegan. The service flawless and the people there are so so attentive to all needs. Thank you for making a work trip so relaxing.

The property’s location makes it hard to go into Bangalore itself but for business meetings it was okay. My bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Pool was closed and they sent us to a dirty pool.

The staff are always friendly and do their best.

We went there to spend the afternoon at the pool with the kids. But on arrival they said that the pool was closed for renovation. they offered to drive us to their sister hotel close by that also had a pool. But that pool had big signs that it was closed for renovation and the water was so dirty that you couldn’t see more than a foot or so below the surface. So we chose to check out and stay at another hotel.

A pleasant experience during a busy schedule.

Breakfast is really good. We were quite busy and the taxi service is good. But there were some delays which can be improved.

Convenient Nice Hotel by Electonic City

Good quality hotel with modern conveniences and very friendly, helpful personnel. I arrived at 4a.m. after a long intercontinental trip. The staff were very helpful in getting g me situated for my brief stay.

Very Good Business / Family Hotel with a tad bit pricey tag

Hotel is well placed in terms of access to shops and restaurants and other facilities A very professional and courteous staff who knows the value of Customer Service Rooms are spacious, Bathroom and Toilet are well cleaned and maintained well... Valet Parking and Room Service are great Apology Letter and treats from the Hotel Management for the Inconvenience was a great gesture!!

Few Bad Things.. 1. Common areas like Foyer and even in rooms.. Carpet reeks of Mould smell and its a bit rancid some times 2. Breakfast spread is not that great, and few dishes like the south indian Idly and Crepes are not great.. 3. Chinese Items on the breakfast are literally pointless 4. Some Staffs needs more training for the breakfast service 5. IN Room Dining can have more options and remove those common Dishes on the list 6. Repair work caused an inconvenience and had to move rooms..

Excellent and worth the money

Friendly and nice staff, good facilities, beautiful room. Buffet was huge and delicious. Reasonable prices. Nice gym with an awesome instructor. He gave me a 45 minute training. I felt like I had a weeks worth of workout. Will return if I ever visit Bangalore again.

Close to the Infosys office! The bar

Cleanliness of the room is not great Not many people to help during breakfast.. example: we ordered Dosa and coffee and didnt come for long... so we left without eating

A top-class hotel with very good value for money. The breakfast was world-class.

enjoyable stay

nice spacious rooms. I slept on floor 8. Floor 8 and 9 are quiet floors. Very extensive breakfast. 24 hour check in which is very nice, so when you check in at 3 am , you get a 24 hr stay. Nice brew garden around the corner, walking distance.

Doors donot have soft closing mechanisms, so doors close very loudly. Rooms look a bit outdated

staffs were very good and supportive…especially Mr. Melvin at reception…Rooms are spacious and good..

Recommended for business not recommended for tourists

Did not see any birka.

This is a good choice for a business trip (too) far from tourist attractions. Due to the daily traffic jams 12km can take one our by car. The long cab rides and the AC in the room made our stomachs very weak.
