Fantastic rooms , very luxurious and and impeccably well done with the design and architecture in the rooms and the hotel.
Amazing SPA facilities with a nice pool and amazing wet facilities.
All the housekeeping and resturant staff at breakfast are all excellent and were very attentive to our needs at all times. We were well taken care of all the time.
The bathroom is beautifully designed and the bath salts were a nice touch!
I will definitely stay here again.
The staff at reception can be a little more friendly and courteous during check-in and check-out
I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton around the world and it's the first time I saw the check-in and check out process was not a pleasant one.
I specifically instructed the check-in staff that I would like the deposit hold amount to be on a specific credit card and then during checkout I would like to use another credit card to make the actual payment and then I had decided to extend my stay for another day and the receptionist closed the booking and settled the bill with the card that was used as the hold card.
I find it very inconvenient that everytime you leave the hotel and come back in you need to pass through a metal detector and have to keep x-raying your belongings.
The toiletries can be improved for the standard of Ritz Carlton.

The staff were brilliant and they were very accommodating to our needs and seemed genuinely friendly.
The location was great
The rooms were very clean
The facilities were great the room was lovely and the bars etc were nice
The only criticism is that the food was never warm. At breakfast, my dosas were cold twice, and I also got some chickpeas, which were also cold. These things should be easy to keep warm.I was disappointed with this as it's not that hard to make and serve warm food. I would say the taste of the dosa was good, though, so obviously, the chefs know how to cook tasty food, but the heating needs to be improved.
At breakfast, I had some pastries as well, and they were less than average. I've travelled all over France and have tasted great pastries. These were not fresh, and some of them seemed fresh but just weren't tasty. I thought they would be exceptional at the Ritz, but no. The quality and taste needs improving for the pastries, and the rest of the food just needs to be warm. No one wants to eat cold food. Also at the bar they serve bar snacks and maybe I ate too many of them but I was a bit sick the next day. I think if they do serve these to people, they need to serve small amounts to not cross contaminate between guests. I was also given ice at the bottom of my wine, and I don't like the bottom of my glass to be wet. All these things could be improve, and then I would say everything else was great.
