The room is very spacious and comfortable to spend time inside. The fridge is an added benefit. You can take your dog and there is more than enough space for him in the room.
The lawns shown are very small. The place is supposed to be pet friendly but the staff doesn’t seem to like dogs. You have to pass a pack of unfriendly street dogs to enter the property. The furniture is very dated and there are small windows between rooms that give light (and sound) from the neighbor. The outside seating we got was uncomfortable. Looks like this is different per room.

A quiet oasis in a lovely part of the city. So many good restaurants and other facilities around.
The beds were a bit too hard for us, but we got some extra blankets to fix it.

Greenery !
No arrangement for meals. Breakfast limited.
I didn't like the fact that for zero services, the staff kept on asking for tips.
We had to order from zomato both days, both meals. Breakfast on day 1- sambhar finished at 9.30 so I had to do with chutney alone.
They are collaborating with a local eatery which didn't provide any roti/chapathi/no bread with dinner what so ever!
Probably suitable for travellers who stay for long and want to cook their own food. Hotel wise, it needs several improvements.
No parking available. Travellers with luggage (like us) will need to walk with all of it through residential lane, though the caretaker took the suitcases. We were asked to park on the street itself and were told that all guests park street side itself. Felt pity for the neighbours!!
Tip boxes at reception and asking for tips while checking out was a big put off!
Unfortunately will not recommend!
