The staff were so kind, we happen to mention it was our first wedding anniversary and when we got back to hotel room they had left us a cake with happy anniversary written on it. Such a lovely thing to do and the cake was delicious. We shared it with the staff. I hope they enjoyed it too. Would definitely come back.

Location. Friendly staff at the rooftop. They tried their best despite the limitations they had.
Sweaty stench in the bathroom did not go away despite the supervised “deep” cleaning. Shower hot water control stopped working. After more than half a day’s “examination”, the staff declared that yes, indeed, it was non functional! They filed a report with the repair services they out-source to fix it. That was the response. They offered to escort us to another room for shower only! On top of that, it turns out that they only run the hot water in the morning and evenings . During the daytime, it is shut off. Extraordinary!!!
It is a barebones operation with poor maintenance and manned by a front desk that is not customer friendly. Unfortunate.
