Breakfast & Location
The view from the room was disappointing, and the bathroom was quite small like what we have in cruise ships. Additionally, there were a few areas that could be improved.
Housekeeping did not clear the used dinner plates that were left outside the room overnight until the afternoon of the following day. This affected the overall guest experience.
Additionally, the attitude of one of the receptionists (unfortunately, I do not recall her name) was not particularly welcoming. She was neither pleasant nor smiling, which gave the impression that guests were not valued.
I was also offered complimentary laundry service, but on the second day I had to explain the arrangement again to the receptionist before receiving the benefit. It appeared that there was a lack of proper handover or communication within the reception team regarding guest entitlements.
While there is room for improvement in customer service and housekeeping responsiveness, better communication among the reception team would also help enhance the overall guest experience.
