Wonderful location. Great breakfast. Great staff, especially during breakfast and dinner. Wonderful service by staff named Kashyap and many others.
Very satisfied and will surely come again. Staff are always literally 'on their toes' at the dining area. Hotel is blessed to have such great staff.
Thanks to the management, they even gave us a birthday surpirse cake and also when departing.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
Our initial reception and welcome felt a little underwhelming, and some of the staff came across as fairly aloof at first. There were a couple of simple requests, such as asking for a lighter or matchbox, where the response repeatedly focused on reminding us that smoking was not allowed in the rooms. Of course we understand and respect that policy, so having it reiterated several times felt a bit unnecessary and over the top.
On a few occasions staff also promised to send items to the room, including an extra room key and the lighter, however these never arrived and we had to follow up multiple times. The food was okay but nothing particularly memorable, and unfortunately the restaurant staff felt quite robotic and unfriendly, which made the overall dining experience a little disappointing.
