Room needs a lot of work. Did not expect the rooms to be in such a bad state. Far from what it looks like on the pictures that’s posted on the internet.

Room had wires exposed. The base boards were coming off the wall. Carpet is dirty and needs to be replaced. Alot of things that needs to be fixed.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly.

When we first came, I could not pay with my European card which was annoying because I had to get a deposit which was not the actual deposit but a proper payment that was given back to my account after we had left and the currency exchange was applied on the amount. We got a room key but when we came to the room, there was a construction ongoing (probably) because there were building materials and mess everywhere. We came back to the reception and luckily got a key from a different room. I could imagine there would be no unoccupied room in the high summer season and I am not sure how the hotel would manage that. The second room was fine but even though we had booked non-smoking room, the cigarette smell in the room was so strong that he had to keep the room window open for the whole time (even this did not help). All out clothes and other belongings smelled so badly that we had to buy some new clothes for the rest of our trip. This is absolutely non acceptable as the high price for the accommodation absolutely did not correspond to the value we got. I have not mentioned that sometimes the room key did not work so we had to go to the reception to activate it again (luckily the reception is 24/7), very poor cleanliness in the room and a lot of strangers in the area of the accommodation. Thanks to the strange individuals around, we wanted to put our valuable things into the tresor but that was not possible as the tresor was missing some numbers (please see attached pictures).

It was the cheapest of all the places I looked at.

The door wouldn’t fully lock. The secondary lock wasn’t mounted correctly so was useless. The linens had blood stains on them. There were also fruit flys or gnats inside the room. The people around were sketchy. I definitely got what I paid for.

nothing,did not get to see it or stay I booked the room a week prior and hours before the stay they call me saying that they need to cancel because a school need it our rooms , First of all that’s wrong in here and any part of the world,trying to get a room for the next day and on a Friday you can imagine the rates there double the manager didn’t even had the guts to call,COWERrrrrr

at first glance it did not live up to expectations. Desk clerk was rude. We had requested early check in at 2:00 and they had said we could. When we got there at 2 they said they had a busy night the night before and we could not check in till 4. lobby was dirty and saw needles in the parking lot. It was not a place we felt safe to stay!

Room was nice. Very convenient location.

Beds a bit soft. Third floor deck being replaced. No fire extinguishers, removed for work on floor. Only one ice machine on first floor and no notice in room of location.

Price wasn’t too bad, front desk person was nice.

Smelled like cigarette smoke.

The employees were pleasant and very accommodating.

This facility was bad. Paint pealing off the front door, a partial hole on the bathroom door, the toilet seat was missing a piece the made it teeter when you sat on it, and the floor trim was missing under the a/c which had the carpet hanging off the wall. The place was as clean as they could possibly make it, but we still felt filthy. We kept our things off the floor and put them on the desk.
