I don’t think I will come back again to this hotel.

I am traveling with my wife from US and we paid 21000 rupees paid US dollars for two nights. We expected at least a breakfast that is included in the website. The front desk manager says we did not book the room as per web site. That day was Election Day and it is very difficult to get the food out side. The shower glass door happened to have a big gap through which water splashed into bath room. We complained but one plumber came did nothing to clear it. Again I complained to front desk and got rectified. When you say it is star hotel, it should take care of customers first not for the show.

Vivanta Hotel is a very good hotel to stay. Its worthy for your money.

I like how the staffs treated their clients,they made our stay stress free and comfortable. Very accommodating to our needs and request.

The hotel is not new anymore but in fairness its still clean and well maintained.

Very good... Highly Recommended.

The rooms, facilities, and the staffs are kind and they know how to value customer and providing good service.

Limited variant of International food for breakfast. Need additional variant of international food for breakfast because it mostly for Indian food.

No hair drier in room , the toilet flush was leaking , the combo shower was leaking as well , the door safety latch was not unavailable. The food price is too high. The breakfast time to start from 6 am not 7.30 am

Great experience!!!

Really impressed with the staff in how they make you comfortable with your stay and questions. Great breakfast. And they are always willing to help you with anything and everything at the restaurant. Housekeeping was pretty impressive with daily refill of toiletries and towels. Nice pool. And overall great experience at the property.

Rooms felt bit old to me. With old sockets. Paints felling off at some places. Mirror faded. Rest everything is neatly and well maintained.

It was very near to my exam centre and the food at the lobby restaurant are very delicious and truly exceptional
