Location. The rooms were small but comfortable but would be very tight for two people. Decent place if you have to be out the whole day.
I had several issues.
The day I arrived at 8.30 pm I ordered a tomato soup and pizza at the coffee shop (the only restaurant) the soup was filled with pep
per almost like a rasam. . And not palatable. I returned it because they said they cannot make one with less pepper . Then after 20 minutes I was told the pizza will take another 25 minutes. After the soup issue I did not want to take a chance and wait for it. The menu was basic and no choices of my liking. So for four nights that I was there I ordered dinner on Swiggy. For two night I requested a plate and cutlery for my dinner. The third night when I asked for it I was told that “ please come down to the restaurant and take it yourself. If you are not ordering room service will not send”. Next the room cleaning was bad . The first day I came back the toilet floor was smelling of urine like someone had used it and not cleaned it. They cleaned it. Dirty water glass was not replaced in the morning. Tea, tissues, body was was not replenished . I had to ask all this to be done. And the sink and the counter was not cleaned at all by the housekeeping. I had a band aid removed on the first day in the shower area.It was there till the day I left. So clearly no cleaning was done besides the bed and replacing towels.
