Not worth the price!

Property location was good

The property really needs to upscale itself in regard to every aspect. The breakfast was an absolute rip off. The food was cold. The bed was not comfortable at all The sheets were stained. The staff was not co operative at all The Che k in was delayed

convenient for sleeping - breakfast so so. We ended up dining at the Méridien 200 meters away

Location is great . Overll size of the room -

Cleanliness of the fitness room - Carpet - things where not in order - Poor quality in the room. choices for dinners are not up to Radisson reputation. Buffet - low choices - In room services - Low choices Rooms and bathroom would need a major refresf or refurbish no ambiance at all

Breakfast was handled improperly by the Staff. The staff were not removing the unclean plates from the Table. No water glasses were served for guests to take water. No one bothered any specific requirement of the guest. I stayed in a room on the 4th Floor along with my friend. The AC was not working. We were sweating in the room. The outside temperature on that day was not hot by the standards of Hyderabad. Yet the room was suffocating. The kettle was not working. The TV was not working and no channels were available for viewing. I had to repeatedly call the maintenance for having proper temperature set in the room. 1st Lift in the lobby was not working.

Breakfast food was average nothing great. Order one simple flat bread and it never came and bakery was average.

Not up to Radisson standards (5 Start), I feel 2 star hotels can maintain better than this one.

Only location, which is prime location.

First thing is late room allocation, room is allocated after 5 pm, room is not clean, bead sheets, towels are not clean, Mirrors are rusty, every thing is charged, even water and plates also charges. You don't feel that you are staying in a Radisson hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

NOTHING!!!!

It was a bad experience since we checked-in. The room had a shoddy repair job recently done which was obvious from the fixes around. The bathroom was unclean with rust around the wash basin and water spots on the spouts and the bathroom door. The room was booked for double occupancy but it was set only for one person. We had two rooms booked here and the other room had a bunch of hair just lying on the room floor. Overall the room was unclean and it looked like a cheap room and not a Radisson quality one. It was a nightmare trying to call the front office. We called for more than 15 mins but no one answered. We asked the waiter who delivered our room service to inform the front office but still no one called. When someone did eventually pick-up, she said she will get back to us in 5 mins. Guess what! She did not! The other room that we had booked also had the same story. No one would answer the front desk! Finally one of us had to go down to the reception. There we met Mr. Uday Bhaskar (the worst front officer manager ever!!!!). Asked him to come to the room to check the quality of the room. His answer immediately after he walks into the room. I will change your room! No apologies, nothing! Just get out of here and go elsewhere so that I can enjoy my evening. This is the impression he gave us. So when we finally changed the room, we just were tired and wanted to sleep. Imagine travelling the full day and this drama unfolding at around 10pm in the night. However, it did not end here. One of got a room which was obviously "renovated" only recently. It did not have a carpet on its floor. The bathroom flooded when one of us took a shower. Had to ask the housekeeping to come and clean the bathroom. This ensured we got later for our meetings. It was as if Mr. Uday Bhaskar decided to punish us by giving us an even worse room only because as a customer we asked him to deliver the service his brand promises. It was a nightmare of a experience!

The place wasn’t clean. Staff were rude. It’s the only hotel in the whole world that charges 500/- for 2 plates and pair of fork and spoon. Absolutely horrendous. Spa was overrated for their dirty towels. Overall, horrible experience and no value for your money.

Horrible!

They called to confirm my booking the moment I landed in hyd, but once I reached there, they said my booking is canceled!! They refused to give me a room even after showing all booking details. Had to beg them for a room at 10pm in the night!

Comfortable beds + good breakfast

A unique experience… in Indian fake luxury ! As we arrived too early, we had to wait for a couple of hours before being allowed to our room. For these 2 hours though, we were denied access to the hotel wi-fi – a very friendly and professional welcome indeed, especially for foreign travelers. Waiting in the café, I ordered a club sandwich, with some poor chicken drowning in a not-so-fresh mayo. I was also offered some water - free of charge, thanks - but in a glass whose rim was broken. I could have badly cut myself, but the waiter obviously did not care at all. He just replaced the glass and brought me a couple of small bottles of water en lieu of compensation… The numerous staff around the bar is lazy, obviously bored to death, and the service is terribly slow. Everything is pretentious and tries to imitate European or American standards of luxury, with no success. For example, their cappuccino café is tasteless, and the milk in it obviously on the verge of stale. The only thing that rises up to European standards are the prices, extortionate for India. A single coffee costs as much as meal for 2 people outside. And outside the food is generally much fresher - and served with a smile. When the room was ready, there was only 1 towel for 2, no hand towel either. There are 2 phones, but one was not working, And the laundry was as at as extortionate prices as the rest, for ex: 220 IRs. for just washing a shirt! As often in India, it is the people the lowest in the staff’s hierarchy that are the friendliest: cleaning guys, bell-boys, etc. The people “above” them think they have the right to look down on you because we got cheap rates due to our advance booking through Boking.com That’s most probably the key to their unfriendly attitude with us. The people at the reception were neither friendly nor helpful. I asked them a second key card for my driver, they refused…
