Attractive two-bedroom / two-bath ranch-style home with ensuite main bedroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. Sleeps 4 (up to six with an approved option.) Skylights in En Suite bathroom and kitchen. Non-Smoking Home. PLEASE ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS OF THE OWNERS Shopping, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants are nearby; there are places to fish, boat docks, boat ramps, a bay beach, bike paths, and golf nearby. You have easy access to the Parkway and the entire South Jersey Shore. This home has central A/C, two bedrooms and two baths, a living room and family room, 3 TVs, Xfinity Cable service, DVD, WiFi, ceiling fans, W/D, and a patio area with a barbeque grill. There is a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. A queen sofa bed is in the family room, which has French doors for privacy and can serve as a 3rd bedroom with special arrangements—the dining area seats six—driveway parking for cars and a boat trailer. Ample on-street parking is also available. A backyard shed accommodates bikes and beach things. This is a comfortable home for you to enjoy and relax. This was a great choice for a weekend stay. We were visiting for a family wedding, and the house had everything we needed. And although the weather wasn't cooperative, having the outdoor space too was an extra bonus!

I had to hurry up to Somers point for a funeral, I saw this property and it was perfect for us. Close to the parkway, close to Ocean City, bedrooms and bathrooms we’re both comfortable. Florida room was a great gathering place. The owner was available and easy and pleasant to deal with. Price was perfect I would recommend this.

The house was good and as presented. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and washer/dryer. There was plenty of comfortable places in the house. Location was perfect for us since we have family living nearby. Thanks for making our stay so easy.

Perfect location in Somers Point! Walkable to ice cream, a few restaurants, and a short drive to others. Quick trip over the bridge to Ocean City beaches. Clean and comfortable home, responsive property manager. Very enjoyable stay!

This home has everything we need. Close to the bridge before you go. into Ocean City, in a nice quiet neighborhood, has all the amenities that we need. This is an annual trip for us. This was our second year in this house. Already for next year!

Large, well appointed house, nice yard, easy off street parking, quiet neighborhood close to just about everything anyone would want or need, including quick drive to Ocean City beach and boardwalk. Easy to rent online, never had any problems or issues with the property or owners. I have rented multiple times.

Louise is a great host and was able to get in touch with very easily. The house was very nice and had all the needs to have a great stay. There was plenty of room and in all we had no complaints. She allowed us to have our baby shower there and I couldn’t be more grateful everyone had a great time. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area in the future.

This property was like a home, away from home. It was very clean, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The super-capacity washer and dryer worked perfectly.
