Walk up the steps to the home and step onto the front porch area, which offers a screened-in area with ceiling fans, rocking chairs, and a four-seater dining set. Step through the front door and journey to the main open concept area of the home. Here you'll find the two living rooms and kitchen area, set in a cozy atmosphere with hardwood floors, wood-paneled walls, and wooden ceiling beams, giving the home a rustic touch. The first living area is furnished with two plush sofas and a chair, creating a comfy sitting area where you can gather with your fellow travelers and enjoy one another's company. The second living area is furnished with a plush red sectional, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. There's an additional ceiling fan for added comfort, and the TV has YouTube streaming services for use. This space flows into the kitchen, which offers a coastal cabin-like feel with its rich wood details. The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the ability to whip up your own meals, from casual snacks like trail mix to full-blown meals like spaghetti with meatballs. High quality appliances make it easy, and you'll enjoy perks like a coffee maker. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen space. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $300 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.
