We are a group of 1980 Penn State friends that gather annually for a few days of golf, camaraderie, laughs, etc. this home was more than spacious for our group of 15 which included a few couples. Everyone had their own bedroom, and plenty of bath facilities so no waiting. The views are incredible and plenty of oceanfront decks. We all had a great time!! Like all the other posters said Julie is an amazing host. She responded to my many questions almost immediately even on weekends and evenings. Don’t hesitate to rent this home if you are looking for a large group and oceanfront.

The views are the highlight of this beautiful home! You step into the main living room and are greeted by the Ocean! Mounted on the wall are amazing sail fish! The entire home is decorated in all things nautical! New living room furniture that was so comfortable for movie watching on the big screen tv.
The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. I loved the coffee bar and the choice of Keurig or regular coffee pot.
The brand new refrigerator was wonderful! We all used the ice and water function on the fridge door, and this cut way back on plastic bottles. New fridge is huge and the extra one located in the garage was useful for drinks while coming and going from the beach. All the appliances were brand new.
Large dining booth located in kitchen along with additional 8 seats at large dining room table with same amazing views. I put a puzzle together sitting at the dining room table enjoying the ocean view the entire time.
The bedroom on the main living room floor has its own balcony and bathroom also a very comfortable bed. I also want to mention the beautiful stone master bath shower located on the second floor.

Very nicely situated property on the beach. The home is near the amenities needed for vacation.
Fortunately this lovely home met our needs for the rainy week we encountered, with nice tables for playing family games and giving everyone their own space. 5 adult couples and 8 children were in our family.
Also noted the home is well stocked with beach chairs and surf boards, and kids toys which we didn’t need as we brought our own.
Both the property manager and owner
were very responsive, and available as needed.
There are steps to navigate with this property, as the second floor hosts the living areas, needed for the ocean view over the dunes. The outside decks are well equipped with comfortable furniture and allow you to share an entrance to the two mirrored homes.

Wonderful place for large group. We rented the whole house and found plenty of space for some who wanted to get away and relax. Even if one rents just one side, you can not hear anything from the other side.

Exactly what we were looking for!
This rental home was exactly what we needed. We had a mixed group of 13 adults and 8 children varying from 14 months to 11 years old. Having access to both units was perfect to be able to utilize the two kitchens for the children waking up early and the late risers. Even though the weather was not great for our weekend, the units had more than enough space for indoor activities. Everything was clean and presentable. Check in process was super easy and Julia was extremely responsive to any questions I had leading up to the visit. We will be looking at booking this same place again next year!

Julia was so responsive and helpful in planning our stay. The property is gorgeous and maintained beautifully. The house was spotless and everything that was in the listing was accurate. My group was 15 adults for a work retreat and the space was perfect to get work done and relax.

Wonderful family-sized home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Two family rooms meant some could watch a football game and the others could play board games at the same time. Easy beach access and views. Walkable to grocery and restaurants.

As for improvements, our only real complaint was the screens on the sliding glass doors are in desperate need of replacement--both for ease in using them and in keeping the bugs out since one of them was missing completely. Other than that, we had a magnificent stay and loved every minute! Hoping to book again for next fall!

4035 w!as well organized with kitchen supplies and comfort.. 4033 had a smell to it, unfortunately. If we didn't rent both sides we would have struggled to cook properly.

Fabulous stay!
Great house for a big get together! We took some time after a college reunion for a prolonged get together and it was perfect. Right on the beach for long walks. It was great to have the two public spaces and kitchens, and there were lots of kitchen equipment and dishes! The bedrooms were well appointed and the house was beautifully light and airy!
We had a super relaxing time and felt that the house really made that possible!

Fantastic house for vacation with a big family!
Memorial Day Weekend 2019
This is the perfect house for a vacation with friends and family. The house has a phenomenal view of the ocean and comfortable outside seating. It’s just steps from the beach in an area that didn’t get too crowded. Its a mirror image on each side and offered plenary of space for adults and children. You can get from one side to the other without going outside and there were 3 refrigerators, 3 washer dryers and a beverage fridge. The upgrades are nice and there are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware for a large group. The bedrooms are a good size but note that there isn’t any room for air mattresses except in the masters. There are plenty of beach chairs, several umbrellas and toys for kids. The landlord was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Beach House on the beach with great views on every level
We rented this property as we got married on the beach and used the house for many of our guests to stay. We stayed there as well. The house is 2 units connected so has 2 full kitchens, several washers and dryers, plenty of space to still enjoy privacy, definitely never on top of anyone, it was actually pretty funny finding people because of the place and size. The views off the property were amazing, hearing the ocean, watching.sunrise and set. Hearing in master bedrooms the ocean getting up in the morning was amazing. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. This was my 1st time renting a property and can do nothing but praise this place!!!! Amazing and thanks for offering your home Julie !!!!!

great layout and location
solid house. we used both sides and had access from top and middle deck. plenty of beds and sitting areas. big kitchen, we cooked dinner and breakfast every day. plenty of fridge room for all our stuff. TVs everywhere for the football and baseball games. golf weekend. we never know how it will work out, but it did.

Fantastic Stay at Beach Front Home!
We had the best family reunion at this fantastic beach front property! This lovely home is modern, roomy, and super clean. The 2 Master Bedrooms are especially large and comfortable with covered beachfront decks. Top Decks (off the living room and kitchen/dining, and where everyone tends to congregate) are also spacious and provide excellent views of the Ocean, and are great for daytime sunning or moon watching after dinner. Parking was great, with garage parking for 4 cars plus driveway parking that can fit another 4 side by side. Comfortable beds with a TV in every bedroom, and oversized couches in large living areas make it easy for family to gather to visit or watch big screen TVs. Great attention to detail with nice decor, beach chairs, beach toys, books and board games. Two kitchens & two living room and dining areas make it easy to have group time, or quiet time if you need to get some work done while on vacation. Full bathrooms abound all over the house, but it is noteworthy that the Bottom level has 2 full baths for easy beach cleanup plus 2 big outdoor BBQ grills that we used to grill steaks one night for our large family. We are an active family, so having easy access to multiple washers and dryers on the Second level made us very happy! Property owner was genuine and very attentive to our needs, wanting to make sure we had a good stay. Get the linen service provided by the property owner - priceless!

Our New Tradition
For the last 14 years we have done a Reunion in the beginnng of March. We would take our then young kids skiing and we parents would be exhausted. Last year we decided to not go skiing, not only because there wasn’t snow but also because the parents just wanted a reason to get together and relax as did our now teenagers. I am so glad I found this duplex! It is located about in the middle of all of us so it’s a perfect distance. Julie is great. She is very responsive and accommodating and the House has everything you need. My sisters would love a hot tub but the comfy deck couches are just fine! Even in March, so I can just imagine how great it is in the summer. The kitchens are well stocked and the house (both sides) are very clean. Plenty of parking. This year was our second annual trip to OCNJ and we look forward to many more. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Thank you Julie! This property was beautiful, clean, spacious and the view is stunning. The large living room and open kitchen allow a large group to all be together in one space easily. The variety in size and the design of bedrooms helped to accommodate the different families we had in the house.The location is perfect being so close to the 34th street bridge entrance into Ocean City. Also, gaining access to the property was so easy!

The house was so suited for our large family. Given that there were two kitchens, we were able to hold a "Chopped" competition for meals between two teams.
The view and ability to walk along the beach was fabulous.

Spacious and beautiful
We went with a large group and found the house to be perfectly suited for our meaningful time away!! The house was comfortable, tastefully decorated, clean and roomy. It was worth it to wake up at 6:20am and watch the sun rise from the couch!! Amazing. We highly recommend this home away...

Plenty of room with great family area and dining area for 20 people. Great views of the beach and short walk to beach. House has everything you need for the beach as well as great kitchen to cook with great barbecue outside. Take the towel and sheet service as it makes life easier. Day at the beach and nights at the boardwalk was fantastic.

Stunningly located, beautiful, clean & spacious!
We spent a fabulous Easter Weekend in this great home. It easily housed our extended family. It was so nice to have two living spaces, while also having enough table space on one side to seat 20 for Easter Dinner. This home is a real gem in Ocean City!

Beautiful Vacation House!
This house couldn't have been more perfect for a reunion of 15 friends! Plenty of room for everyone and the common spaces were incredible. The patios offer a great view and the direct beach access is the best. One thing to note when you're making plans is that the house doesn't come with bed linens or towels. So bring your own or the owner can set you up with a service to have everything ready when you arrive. I would definitely rent this house again for parties of 10 or more!
