About this house rental

Situated in Sullivans Island, this charming house for $2,000 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is a beautiful oceanfront home with great beach views (on Sullivan's Island oceanfront doesn't always mean you can actually see the ocean due to trees!). We have easy beach access (about 100 yards to the water) and are located on a swimmable part of the beach. Or, you can stay home and swim in our new pool! We are also walking distance to town with lots of fantastic restaurants and bars. Please visit https://sullivansisland.sc.gov/news for the most recent Sullivan's Island news and restrictions. We have a spacious, open gourmet kitchen with ocean views and tons of counter and cabinet space. The dining room, also with ocean views, has a huge table that easily seats 12. It's a perfect set up for groups or families. There are large main floor and ground floor living rooms, both with flat screen TVs and DVD players. There is a playroom for kids and foosball for the older kids and adults. Our screened porch off the living room has ocean views and is perfect for eating al fresco or lounging around. There is also a private, screened porch off the primary bedroom with ocean views and two chaise lounges. You'll love relaxing on the porches, feeling the ocean breeze and watching the ships pass into Charleston Harbor. Our beautiful pool is 14' x 30'. The outdoor pool decks have lounge chairs, a dining set and picnic tables. There's plenty of space and seating for a lot of fun in the sun! We have six bedrooms: three kings, two queens and one with two twins. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, all with flat screen LED TVs, and three bedrooms on the ground floor. We have five bathrooms. The three kings have ensuite bathrooms. One queen has its own bathroom nextdoor that also serves as the main floor guest bath. The ground floor queens and twin room share a bathrooms. In addition, we have an outdoor shower that is great to use after the beach or anytime. We have a front-load washer and dryer and a stainless steel grill to use during your stay. There's plenty of parking at the house. This amazing home was previously owned by a former SC governor. Please take a look at all of our pictures to see everything the house has to offer! Our home is a licensed vacation rental by Town of Sullivan’s Island. Surveillance device disclosure: We have two video cameras. One monitors the driveway and the other the backyard. There are no devices monitoring/videoing inside the house. There are indoor motion detectors for when the alarm is set.

Better than we could have ever expected. We’ve rented on Sullivans and IOP several dozen times over 20 years and this is by far the best property and best experience of all! Location is the absolute best! Beds and linens were awesome and comfortable! Coming back soon for sure !

I came to visit Sullivan’s island with a group of girlfriends and the house was perfect for our stay. Big bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, and fantastic pool/entertaining area. Lisa was very responsive and a wonderful host, we’d love to come back again!

Our group of 6 stayed here for a long weekend and it was PERFECT! Tons of space, the most well stocked kitchen, and the combo of being beachfront with the pool meant everyone could get sun and relax on their own time and in their own way. Lisa communicated so we'll with us ahead of our stay, we didn't need anything while there. The house is very modern and updated with every amenity you could possibly want. We also adores Sullivan's Island and it's laid back vibe, with the ability to Uber downtown for more of a going out feel. I couldn't recommend this place more!

We were in town with our 3 grown children and their wives/partners for a family wedding at Boone Plantation. This was the perfect location and home for us. House was clean and perfectly appointed. Some never left Sullivans Island but was an easy Uber ride for those who wanted to venture to Charleston. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous home and location. Wonderful experience. Heated pool. 100 yards from the beach. We walked to really good restaurants each day for dinner- all seven days. Really well maintained. Great beds. You can tell the owners love their home and sharing their home.

Great home with a walk out to the beach which we loved! We really enjoyed the pool even in November. The rooms were great and everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen was spacious for the whole family. Would love to do it again.

Perfect for multi family stay. Location was perfect & the main kitchen dining & living areas were big enough for everyone to be together without being on top of each other. Well equipped kitchen had everything we could need. Can’t wait to go back.

To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, we wanted to be able to have the family together and relax at the beach. 1725 Atlantic was absolutely perfect! With ages ranging from 2 months to 74 years, everyone had a place and space. The playroom was a great hit with the 2 and 4 year old's. The pool was a wonderful respite from the beach. The location was spot on. We were able to walk to restaurants and also ice cream!

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing views. Very well stocked kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms and a delightful playroom for the kids. 8 College Friends got together for a long weekend for a 20 year reunion. It was the most comfortable beautiful home ever! Look forward to staying here again! Only recommendation is - umbrellas for outside. The sun was intense this weekend - which was awesome, but at least one I’m really by the pool would be helpful!

The property was just as advertised - spacious, clean, oceanfront, plenty of dishes, and lots of fun things to do. We loved the pool and took full advantage of it. There are books, puzzles, a foosball table, games, beach chairs, etc. They also have a separate ice machine and a wine cooler! Location is in walking distance of the restaurants. I highly recommend this property!
