Located in Hampton Beach, this charming house for $219 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This 3 bedroom house is the heart of Hampton Beach. This house has two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have new queen size beds and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds to easily sleep 6 people. The house is furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. You'll have a comfortable eating nook, a spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with dishware and cookware and a comfy living area. We do not provide sheets or towels so you will need to bring your own linens. Pillows and comforters are there for your use. Wifi is included along with a front porch to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. This updated vacation home could not sit in a better location. You are just 100 yards from Ocean Blvd and the sands of Hampton Beach. You are steps from the best restaurants and entertainment in Hampton Beach. You can park your car and walk the rest of your stay. Speaking of parking ... this house comes with two off site parking sports. The spots are located on J Street, just two blocks away. Plan on dropping off your bags upon check-in and dropping off your car while you enjoy a short walk back to the house. You can't beat this location. The house sits quietly in the back of our property that has two houses in front. It is very private in the back where this house is located. There is also a shared gas grill and charcoal grill for your use. If you are interested in hosting a larger group, please check out the other houses located on this property on this website. You can bring the entire extended family and friends with these three houses. Property numbers: 1220876 and 1220338 Full disclosure ... This house sits on the back of a property with two other houses in front. There is a driveway in front but those spaces are allocated for the renters of the front houses. Parking for this house is a slight inconvenience but your car will be securely parked and the cost included in the rental. It’s way better than having to find your own parking plus we have discounted the house because of the off site parking. Please be aware of this parking situation. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 star service, please look elsewhere. This is a nice, clean, updated cottage that we enjoy in the summer and rent out to other families to enjoy as well. If you are looking for a great location and a good deal and are respectful people who will care for our house, we would love to have you stay and enjoy Hampton Beach. Cleanliness was the only negative and that's on the previous tenants. No cleaning service, so it helps make it a great price. Location was perfect and we had a cost friendly place to lay our heads after a concert. It was a positive experience, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the proximity to the beach. All was smooth and as described. Owners were responsive to questions and messages. Not fancy, but if you’re looking for a low frills place to stay close to the beach and shops, this fit the bill.

We learned our lesson. Did not meet expectations nor did it look like the nice photos online. Looked like no maintenance was done on the unit to keep it presentable. The unit smelled in places. Perhaps a little care, deep cleaning to remove odors, and repainting and clean up should have been done prior to listing the unit. Paint was literally ripped and scraped off the walls and rust was seeping through paint trim. We smelled odors. There was a couch (that looked like it was brought in from the curb) and was ripped in many places with sand dumped on it. There was a spot of blood on a bedspread. The appearance was bad enough to made us think that perhaps even bed bugs might be present. We didn’t stay to find out!

First night smoke alarm goes off 2am, next day went off again randomly. No cooking was done in the house at all. 2 smoke alarms need to be replaced asap. The 2nd night they went off 4 times total, leaving our family running on little to no sleep. We contacted the property owners and electrician was supposed to be out around noon, never showed. We told the property owner we were checking out early, not sure if I’ll be receiving any refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay. It also rained one day we were there and it was a swamp trying to get out to the sidewalk. Bathrooms small, house needs repainting, Wi-Fi was iffy connecting and only 1 tv. Close to just about everything, kind of a pain parking the car 2 blocks over but we managed. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The description of the property was accurate. Nothing fancy, but super close to the beach and boardwalk. The optional parking was a close walk. The “living-room” area was very small, but there’s a great deck and we didn’t hang out at the house that much. The WiFi was so so but we mostly were out and socializing so didn’t use it much. The directions given were easy to follow and the owners gave out very clear information about everything in advance. The two bathrooms were really convenient for our party. Overall, good vacation house.

This house is a great deal, especially during the summer months when it’s impossible to find a reasonably priced rental. It’s located right in the center of everything, within walking distance of all the restaurants, and only minutes from the beach. The check in process was very easy, and although parking is off site, it was less than a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal!

The house was not clean when we arrived. There was sand all over the floors. Toilet paper holder in one bathroom was hanging by a screw. Holes had been patched in walls but not repainted. There were bizarre stick on hooks all over walls, windows and doors. They seemed to have used them to hang curtain rods at one time and art that was no longer there. 2 of three fans did not work. It was hot and uncomfortable.

I was really looking forward to getting away with my husband, teenage daughter, her friend and our 2 week old. Upon arrival the teenagers entered before us and came out saying how dirty the place was. When I entered I was so disappointed. The table and counters were disgusting. The couch was covered in sand. The sink had stuck on food. The floors were not vacuumed and definitely not mopped. Both bathrooms needed to be re-cleaned. There was also some unknown liquid at the bottom of the trash can that smelt horrible. My family and I were looking to going out and grabbing some lunch but instead had to clean the cottage so that we felt comfortable enough to spend our trip there. I can say the inside of the fridge was clean but that was the only thing in the whole cottage. We were all extremely disappointed and upset with this. Not to mention I was told the space was redone and there was nothing recently redone within this cottage. You could maybe try and argue that the two back bedroom and dining area had new floors but I would not say that they were redone that recently by the looks of them. I was also extremely uncomfortable with the fact that the front big window was open when we arrived. The windows were not locked and all of them did not lock either. Not to mention the ac was not secured in the window. It could be easily pushed in for someone to enter the cottage. This made me very uneasy with my newborn and teens. The internet & cable also didn’t work.

A group of 6 adults rented this property for the weekend. We couldn't have gotten much closer to the boardwalk which was super convenient. Parking is a couple streets away and only a few minute walk from the house. The house is nothing fancy but served it's purpose. The weather did not cooperate for spending much time at the beach and we ended up spending more time in the house just playing card games and such. The table in the dining room was big enough for all of us to sit down at. The property is small but worked well for our needs. If you are looking for fancy, look elsewhere. If you're looking for someplace to rest your head at night and maybe save a few bucks on meals, this is the place for you. Having the full kitchen was great as we only ate out once and were able to prepare food at the house for everyone! We would definitely return.

When my family and I arrived for our stay, we were a bit thrown off by how much cleaning needing to be done. The description does state it’s up to tenants to clean themselves upon leaving so I guess we can assume it was the last tenants fault? The floors were not mopped or swept and there was broken glass by the dish drainer and tons of dust/dirt on furniture/appliances including stove. The bathroom toilets were clean though so that was good. There is also plenty of cleaning supplies so after we cleaned upon arrival it wasn’t as bad. The rental itself is cute enough, especially for the price but plan on bringing your own pillows and blankets on top of your linens for beds bc I’m assuming the ones there are never washed. There’s also a really dirty rug in the living area that should just be rolled up and thrown out. Also the shared grill for the 3 rentals can get tricky bc at times when we wanted to use it, renters from the other house were already using it. The rental is basically in the back area behind the other 2 rentals down a small walkway. The location as far as being close to the beach, shops, restaurants is great, we were able to walk to all of those. I think it would really benefit owners and guests though to pay a cleaning person like $100 to do a quick clean before next guests arrival. I wouldn’t have minded paying an extra $100 to arrival to a cleaner rental. The owners were very fast and helpful with their replies about anything we contacted them about.

This is my very first time being able to be in a position to rent anywhere for a vacation something I have never experienced before I was financially set to do so found this place and it was a horrible experience it was a misunderstanding in the beginning regarding parking then I found out that there's one air conditioner for the entire place and when I got there I realized that there was one TV in the living room for all the bedrooms I brought teenagers with me it was not a good experience lessons learned now I know better

The property owners were very understanding and worked with us on getting our stay booked for a different date. We originally booked our trip for during the week and then we had to change the date and they didn’t hesitate whatsoever on changing the reservation for us
