Situated in Hampton Beach, this lovely house for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This updated 3 bedroom house features a great front porch just steps from the beach. You can't get a better location than this. 4 H Street is 100 yards from the sand and steps from Ocean Blvd, the Casino, Bernie's, the Sea Shell outdoor stage, and everything you could want or need. You can go back and forth to the beach all day and then sit and relax on the south facing porch in the afternoon watching the sun set. This adorable cottage features 3 bedrooms with new queen size beds, an open living room and kitchen and one bathroom. The house is fully stocked with dishware, pots, pans and everything needed for your vacation. The driveway fits two cars for off-street parking. You can't beat the location of this classic, no-frills cottage. There is a gas grill and charcoal grill located out back that is shared with the house in the back. Come enjoy Hampton Beach as you park your car and walk for the rest of the week to everything you need just steps from your door. This house was updated in September of 2018. There is a new kitchen, all new appliances, dishwasher, new cabinets, granite tile countertops, and island with 5 seats. The floors are new laminate throughout. There are 2 new couches and coffee / end tables. There is on-demand hot water so no issues with running out of hot water to shower. The bedrooms have new flooring, new queen size beds and new dressers. There is free wifi and a TV with basic cable stations. This house sits on the front of a property with two other houses in the back. The driveway is shared with one of the houses in the back and has two dedicated spaces for this house. We do not include sheets or towels. There are comforters and pillows for you to use. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 star service, please look elsewhere. This is a nice, clean, updated cottage that we enjoy in the summer and rent our to other families to enjoy as well. If you are looking for a great location, a great front porch and are respectful people who will care for our house, we would love to have you stay and enjoy Hampton Beach. The property owners were great at communicating but they should not leave cleaning and restocking the house of basic necessities in the hands of the former renter. The floors were covered in sand (also sand on bed and nightstand) when we arrived and there was no toilet paper (a critical thing after a 3 hour drive in the pouring rain). The listing did not show photos of the bathroom which could use some improvements (it was very small, the tiny sink didn't drain well and shower stall was small and run down). The blinds in the bedroom we stayed in did not go down all the way and the house behind us had an outdoor light on all night which lit up the bedroom a bit. The owners were gracious enough to refund the 2nd night of our stay but we still had to pay the full admin and other fees. We also had to bring sheets, blankets, pillows and towels because it was so late in the season (we were the last renters).

This was a perfect location for our family, right across the road from the playground and beach access. The listing was perfectly accurate and our stay was really nice! The hosts were communicative and helpful and it was an extremely seamless stay, we had a lot of fun!

This was the most amazing beach house we have ever stayed in! Unfortunately the weather was not great when we went, but this beautiful house absolutely made up for the bad weather. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and had lots to do! Lots of cleaning supplies, anything you could possibly need to cook a meal and more! We would love to stay here again sometime!

Location was great and was exactly as described. Place was very clean. I’ll be trying for this place again next time I come back to visit family. Everything within walking distance. Beach, food, coffee shop, arcades, Umphrey’s Mcgee at The Casino Ballroom. My 2 1/2 yr old loved it which means we loved it. Having parking was key.

Location was fantastic and had everything as stated in the description. The house needs a serious cleaning, like a professional cleaning service to come in and clean everything. There was trash under the trash bags in the bin, the shower needed to be cleaned, and the trash bins outside were full so we ended up taking some of our trash with us.

The Red Wolverine cottage was perfect for our getaway to Hampton Beach. Short walk to a great show at the Casino Ballroom and central to the beach, shops & restaurants and all boardwalk activities. We also enjoyed staying in a single unit home amongst all the multi-story, multi-unit facilities. The covered front porch is a great place to relax, rain or shine.

Perfectly located cottage - 1 minute walk to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants up and down the strip. I was worried about the fact that there is no professional cleaning between tenants, but the cottage was left very clean for us and we made sure to leave it just as clean when we left. Would definitely stay again.

Very lovely house and we enjoyed the use of the patio. Nice to chat with neighbors and grill. I love the fact that leaving extras of certain vacation needs was awesome. The house had absolutely everything you need some stuff still in packages. Loved it. We have stayed in 3 different houses on H St but this was our favorite.
