Please note we've recently added a bunk bed to the blue room to allow for 5 guests (see last picture in listing). Updated photos to come soon. Be one of the first to rent at our newly renovated 2 bedroom Hampton Beach vacation home! This hidden gem located in the Colonial Seaside Condominiums may be one of the most conveniently located vacation rentals in Hampton Beach – just steps from the beach, boardwalk, arcades, Seashell Stage, Casino Ballroom, children's playground, restaurants, bars and attractions! The beach condo is a comfortable 500 sq. ft. highlighted by brand new shiplap accent walls in each bedroom. The perfect year-around getaway, comes with one complimentary covered onsite parking spot, plenty of natural light and clean linens and towels for all guests. It's been newly remodeled for the 2020 season with all fresh paint, brand new furniture. Be the first ones to enjoy the new amenities! The vacation home is fully furnished, has heat and electricity an enjoyable open concept kitchen/family space and a coin-operated laundry room for all guests to use. Free high speed internet with smart TV provided. There is no cable television at the apartment but you are welcome to login to your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Local news channels can be accessed through the “NewsOn” app. Bookings have been coming in fast so please reach out to guarantee your reservation. I'm always excited to host great people! Hampton is an ever-evolving vacation destination for many families, couples and friends throughout the U.S. and overseas. This unique area, centrally located to many of New England’s top destinations offers something for everyone – Beaches, dining, arcades, shopping, concerts, golf, shows and much more. Hampton Beach is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains. ***There is a strict no pet policy administered by the condo association. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed. ***Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules. ***There is only 1 tight off-street parking spot. Most standard sized SUVs and sedans will fit. The width of the parking spot is 117" pole to pole. Any oversized trucks or vans may have trouble getting in and out of the parking spot so please plan accordingly. If you need additional free parking, the closest “Park & Ride” is 6 miles away off exit 57 of Route 95. The address is “Timber Swamp Rd, Hampton, NH 03842”. There is plenty of additional paid parking options along the main strip of Hampton Beach if needed. The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a Smart Roku television which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling etc.) as well as local news stations through the “NewsOn” app as well as select live channels through the “Peacock” app. There is no cable at the apartment. ***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

We did not actually get to stay as we ran into construction going on and chose to go somewhere else(we were pre advised). The owners were very understanding and quick to refund our money. I would not hesitate to work with or stay with them again. Great communication!

Everything was clean and orderly, beds were comfortable and it's incredibly well located. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants, etc. Also, the hosts were terrific aboit communicating.

VERY CLEAN AND QUAINT UNIT. ALL SUPPLIES WERE INCLUDED(DISHES, CLEANING SUPPLIES. BEDDING. ETC.) ONLY DOWNFALL WAS TV - LOTS OF TV'S BUT NEEDED INTERNET BUT KEPT GOING OFF AND ON. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Spent very little time in the property, but still, I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything was as it appeared in the listing! Just a word of caution, not a complaint, the shower is small so if you are an X-tra medium like me , lathering up all over can get tricky!

I’ve been going to Hampton for 20 and staying in several different places. This was by far the nicest, cleanest and most convenient. The owners were super nice and helpful. The linens smell fresh, the fully stocked kitchen was immaculate, and the decor was very updated and modern. We will be back every year!

This condo is literally 2 blocks from the beach but off the boardwalk so was quiet at night. Everyone in the building was nice and respectful to each other. Owners are very nice and gave detailed email about arrival and things about the condo. You have a porch on both sides of the condo so that was nice. Parking spot is tight which they tell you in description but we have a Highlander and fit just fine. Kitchen/ living room area is not very big but definitely sufficient we cooked most of our meals at the condo and there is plenty of pots pans and dishes. There was 3 adults and 2 kids staying. Bathroom is small but was fine. Probably our only complaint would be new mattresses and bed frames would make your stay more comfortable.

Just as described and within walking distance to everything. Perfect for three or four, might be tight for more, easily sleeps six and if you are there for the beach it is all you need.

This condo is super cute and close to the beach. We walked to restaurants, shops, playground and beach. Only 40 minutes away from Salem, which was the reason for our trip. Keep in mind that it’s off season by the end of Oct so a lot of places are closed. We still found enough places to eat and shop.

Stay location could not have been better for the Smuttynose 1/2 marathon that my daughter and I were participating in. If you are looking to be close to beach and activity this is the place to stay. Park and unless you want to travel to other parts everything in walkable. Owners communication was top notch. Michael notified us when cleaner was done which allowed us to check in early. Access to enter the condo was easy. Very prompt with questions and information. As noted parking is very tight. condo seating in the living area is very limited with a small couch fitting 3 unless you want to sit on stools or plastic porch chairs. We loved the property - the proximity to the Beach and the concert venue and area restaurants could not have been better. The property was great for our needs - which was sleeping and resting mostly. Boardwalk Inn around the corner was amazing. No issues noted.

Great Spot!
We enjoyed our stay and were so happy to be so close to the beach! The beds were super comfortable and even though we had a rainy day, we were able to log into our accounts on the Roku and watch some movies with the kids. Everything we needed was there, and there were so many restaurants just steps away. Thanks for sharing your property!

End of summer weekend away
Amazing location right by the main strip in Hampton. So many great restaurants within walking distance. We could even see the ocean from the deck of the property. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. Parking was right downstairs which was also convenient.

The week we spent in this condo was wonderful. Very close to the beach. The parking spot so close to the beach was a plus!!! The condo itself is immaculate. The decor was beautiful. The furnishings were very comfortable. Anything you may need for making meals was available in the condo. The attention to detail to make guest comfortable was spot on!! I sent several messages to Michael before our stay and during our stay, he responded back to me quickly, usually within the half hour! Thank you so much for the wonderful week, we couldn't have asked for a better place!
