You’ll have this 2nd floor unit to yourself. A Comfortable open concept 2 bedroom 1 bath Condo that sleeps 8. One bedroom with queen size bed and 2nd bedroom with a full and queen size bed. There is also a Pull out Sofa bed. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with Gas Range, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. Place settings for 8. Toaster, Coffee pot, mini fridge and serving utensils. This unit is also equipped with Flat screen TV, WiFi and AC. On-site coin-op laundry room . And parking for 1 vehicle. Need additional parking, right across the street is a public parking. The balcony out your front door, overlooks Ashworth Ave and the marsh beyond the lot across the street has some great sunset views. Speaking of views, while you’re not on the water you’re only 1 block from sand, surf, and attractions. We pride ourselves on providing clean, friendly, and comfortable accommodations for those who vacation with us in Hampton Beach. Our units may not be waterfront nor have water views, but all are within either ½ or 1 block of the boardwalk. The perfect get away. Whether you have kids or not our properties are people friendly, who want to enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer but at the same time be able to have a relaxing experience. This results in guests returning year after year. Only at Hampton Beach can you find free evening concerts, movies on the beach, fantastic firework displays, an endless array of events, competitions, festivals and amusements. And if you want to check out our 19 mile coastline, other areas that you’ll want to visit while here include, Ordione Point in Rye, or Strawberry Banke, in Portsmouth, Fort Constitution in New Castle and an endless array of other historic places right along the New Hampshire coastline.. Our units are also available in the off season for winter rental. As all of our units are privately owned Condominiums and not a hotel, we do not offer daily maid service but we do provide our guests with Linens and towels for the number of guests who have booked with us. We also provide a starter of Toilet paper, paper towels trash bags and basic cleaning supplies. So when you are planning your trip, don’t forget to pack your personal items such as hair dryer, special cooking condiments, beach towels and other items that will make your stay all the more enjoyable and personal.

Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week making family memories!

We have been coming to Hampton Beach for a family vacation for over 35 years with my kids. Now the family has expanded , and we have moved on to two bedroom condos and this is the most spacious one we found so far. We were extremely happy and had a wonderful time! Plan to come back next year

Our stay was very enjoyable the rental was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very close to beach, restaurants and boardwalk. Only suggestion maybe better tv channel selections on the rainy nights when you just wanted to stay in. Everything else was great. Would recommend this rental.

4 adults stayed very comfortably here. Great location to the beach and boardwalk. One parking space available but parking right across the street. Would definitely rent again. Deb was a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing week

We had a great week! The location is perfect, short walk to everything. Very clean when we arrived, Debbie is very responsive. The main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable the first night but we were able to grab a foam topper at wal-mart. Overall a great week!
