A large front to back fully equipped kitchen/living room with pots, pans and dishes for home cooked meals. Large roof top deck to watch the sunset over the Hampton River. Fantastic location only 1 street from the beach. Come enjoy one of the top 3 cleanest beaches in the US, and old New England charm. Hampton Beach has a full calendar of events beginning in June, with Sand Sculpting Competition, Catamaran Regatta, Kids Week, free nightly concerts, weekly fireworks, and the annual Seafood Festival.

It was a nice place to stay at, there were some nights where there was a bit of noise from the restaurant near by, but other than that it was a great stay.

The moment we opened the door of the rental we were very happy. Welcoming, immaculate beach decor with plenty of space. No pictures of the 2 bathrooms on VRBO, but looked brand new and as the rest of the condo, fantastic decor. Roof top deck was an added bonus watching the sun set over the harbor. The use of the grills was great. Very short walk to the beach and seashell stage. The perfect spot for listening to live music from area bars as well. Karen was easy to get a hold of and answered questions quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Karen was wonderful! The condo was amazing. Just a block away from the beach, close enough to the main drag without the noise from it. One night we were able to hear the singer across the way at The Goat, but it wasn't bothersome to us. We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed it.

This was perfect for a family reunion! We had 5 adults and a 19 month old; there were NO issues with overcrowding! Very clean and well laid out.

This property was in walking distance to beach, restaurants, and just about everything. The rooftop deck was fun to hangout and provided a nice view of the fireworks which was an unexpected treat. We had a great time. The beach is beautiful. The house was clean and perfect size for us. I’m glad the property also provided a parking space. I’m sure we’ll be back.

We were there this past weekend for a weekend girls trip. This was our first time staying at this property but have stayed many other places before. This was the best one we’ve stayed at so far. Plenty of room for hanging out and sleeping and it was very clean. The rooftop deck was perfect for hanging out or playing games any time of day. You can hear the music from several neighboring restaurants up there and you can see the fireworks from up there! Karen was way to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The space was perfect. Super nice and very spacious and included everything you could ever need. A stones throw from some great bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely stay at this property again, we loved it!

We had a wonderful time! The Perkins Ave place was perfect for our quick family trip and is in a great location to walk to almost everything we did. Overall we were super impressed with how clean and spacious the unit was for our stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend others to book this space!

Property was super close to the beach and many places to eat. Outside shower was very clutch for family coming off the beach and helped keep inside of home clean. Plenty of space for family of four and maybe more.
