Relax outside with private grassy area. Comes with air conditioning, updated appliances, wifi, cable tv, propane gas grill. Cottage is ideal for families (play cornhole with the kids!), grill and be comfortable at the outside patio, make it your personal yoga retreat or turn it into a surfer's paradise! The possibilities are endless! 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 1 Bedroom has a full size bed the other bedroom has two twin beds Living room has 2 pullout futons and flat screen television with cable/wifi Full kitchen complete with coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. Cable TV, A/C, Free wifi, Outdoor Patio with outside couch and Grill Clothes line. 2+ car parking available Steps away from the beach, property is on a quiet street The only thing you need to bring is linens, sheets, blankets, towels. If you have a pillow you like bring that but we do provide pillows. ***PROPERTY IS UNDERGOING UPDATES, NEW PICTURES WILL BE ADDED ONCE COMPLETE*** NO PETS, PARTIES, SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. No 3rd party bookings allowed. Minimum booking age 25 *decor in listing may vary, errors in listing may occur in our description/listing. We reserve the right to correct any errors. *Ocean, exterior amenities are subject to closure due to weather and at community discretion. A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! It's a vintage cottage, so just be forewarned. In the overpriced vacation rental market on this coast, it was good value.

This house was perfect. Had all the things you would need for a relaxing vacation. I don't think there was anything missing, right down to a pie pan for cinnamon buns in the a.m. The beach wagon was great for bringing our stuff on the short walk to the sand. Lots to do within walking distance. I would have eaten every meal at The Goat..it was really good. John was very nice to change the dates to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend.

John’s place was fantastic. The proximity to attractions and beach couldn’t have been more ideal. The house was a perfect place for the family to unwind after a day in the sun. Couldn’t ask for a better place for my family to stay.

Communication with the owner was spectacular. Very prompt and was very helpful with specific questions pertaining to the area. I would highly recommend John and his property to any family looking to stay in Hampton Beach. The property is on a dead end street with minimal traffic.

Perfect stay. Communication was simple. Location was idea even though crowded area. It is on a dead end so NO THRU TRAFFIC!! Highly recommend this place.

Hybiscus was clean and well stocked and more room than you can imagine! Very quiet as well. Such a great place to stay and feel at home and very short walk to the beach and a good chunk or stores/shops before the heavily trafficked section of the boardwalk. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful cottage. Room to spread out and inviting with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Outside lounge area and grill are a nice addition. Communication was stellar. Thanks!

I had a wonderful time at Hampton Beach, my 20 year old son, came up with his friends. They also had a great time. Hibiscus it's clean, with lots of amenities. Absolutely loved this place. I will definately look at staying here next year. There was no reason to contact the host, as everything was all set up. This is one of the best places I've stayed at in the Hampton Beach area.
