Steps from the beach, arcades, mini-golf, Seashell Stage, Casino Ballroom & more. Perfectly situated at the beginning of "the strip." Your unforgettable beachside escape awaits! The Space: - 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment - Sleeps up to 6 -- 2 queen beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed - Perfect for a staycation or work-from-home alternative - Off-street parking for 1 car Home Features - Classic Hampton Beach cottage experience. High speed internet, mini-split for heating/cooling, 1 cable TV, all major kitchen appliances (no dishwasher), drip coffee maker, cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, drip coffee maker). 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for all guests. There is one parking space for this unit but note they are tight. Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Important: Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises. No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding! The apartment was very nice and clean and plenty of room for my group of 3. The separate bedrooms were great, kitchen was very nice and being only a half block from beach was really nice and convenient. Recommend at least one rug inside the front door. Was raining when we arrived so all of the "wet" came in with us. Would also be good to catch the sand. Could use a dish drainer or mat for drying dishes after washing. Overhead lights in bedroom do no dim properly. Can only use them on full light, which isn't great for bedtime reading. Biggest complaint is not having all info on costs up front. The additional fee, the insurance fee and the fee held for a damage deposit is not revealed until after the place is rented. This is not good. Also why is there an insurance fee if you are going to hold an amount for a damage deposit?

It was a really nice place to stay. My only grip is how high the cleaning fees are. For only staying one night they shouldn't be that high.
