Situated in Hampton Beach, this charming condo for $454 per night is a great choice for your next break. The condo boasts views of the ocean from almost every window in the house and has all of the conveniences of home. It is located one block away from the ocean on Ashworth Avenue and is a 2-minute walk to the Hampton boardwalk. Our brand new, clean, modern and spacious three-bedroom condo has 2 ½ baths and central air. Appliances, furniture and beds are all brand new and the open concept layout of the condo offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. Three large screen TV’s (55-60 inch) with Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi will provide you with all the conveniences of home. The building has four levels and the condo is on two floors - level three and four. The building has an elevator and a security system for entry. The first floor of the condo consists of a master bedroom with new king size bed / TV, full master bath, laundry room, half bath, open concept combo kitchen/family room with TV. The second floor has two bedrooms both with new queen beds, one full bathroom, a large den with a slider onto a large deck. The water views from the large and private deck are quite impressive! On a clear day the view of the Isles of Shoals is amazing. Bring your camera. Both floors have living rooms with brand new sectional couches / ottomans that could double as sleeping accommodations. Both floors have plenty of closet and storage space. Bottom line is plenty of room to spread out and relax even for multiple parties. Note for parking: There is parking for two vehicles on the lower level. Extra parking is only available as public parking. Hampton Beach boasts a wide variety of activities for all ages (sunning, sailing, boating, swimming, walking, surfing, jet skiing, nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, bars, casinos, fireworks and more). Our condo is minutes from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA, Rye / Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, ME., Kittery Point and the Isles of Shoals. For more information on Hampton beach and all its many attractions please visit HamptonBeach.org. For concert goers and music lovers the area has many offerings. Just steps away is the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom is a seasonal live music and comedy venue located on the boardwalk of Hampton Beach. The venue is open from April to November, and within those eight months schedules top national and regional bands, solo artists, stand-up comedians and more. Also, nearby is the Blue Ocean Music Hall on the oceanfront Salisbury Beach, just a short drive away. For those that prefer the free music, the Sea Shell Stage on the boardwalk has two shows every night of the summer. Fireworks are seasonal and are viewable from our condo deck. This space looked so nice online and in person it was even better which we didn’t think possible. It was very fresh and clean and new and tastefully decorated. It was casually elegant and comfortable at the same time. It was perfect for our group’s stay...wonderful location, perfectly appointed, no detail was spared. And the roof deck? A fantastic oasis above the hubbub of Ashworth Avenue. We could see water views in almost all directions from that perfect perch. My boyfriend’s daughter put us perfectly: “can we please stay here all summer??” Thanks for having us! Your townhome is lovely and we enjoyed an amazing week there.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation, made all the better by the wonderful accommodations provided by Steve and Leah. They are gracious hosts and their condo is fantastic! Having a separate space upstairs with TV is perfect because my teenage son tends to hog the remote. My mom is 82-years old, so the elevator, convenient parking, and first floor accommodations were perfect for her, as well. The view from the deck provides wonderful views of the ocean and the fireworks on Wednesday nights! Thanks Steve and Leah! Hope we get to do it again next year! Regards, DM

Comfortable and Close to the Beach

It's a brand new condo located between J and K streets. So easy to get up and out to the beach everyday. We had teenagers with us and they really enjoyed having their own space upstairs. Having 2 bedrooms, den with a huge sofa, large screen tv and a full bathroom kept them happy. We enjoyed the deck during the Wednesday fireworks. The main floor has a fantastic kitchen with all that a person needs during a vacation. Having a full washer and dryer in the hall was very convenient. The master bedroom is roomy with two closets and a full bathroom with only a shower. Another plus is the two parking spaces. Really wonderful place and we would highly recommend it to anyone. One last item, the owner is very easy to work with and very attentive.

Our family went on our first East Coast Vacation in some time and chose to stay at Steve's condo. It was outstanding ! This condo is great in all aspects, close to the beach and lots of site seeing places, awesome deck where we could watch the Hampton Beach fireworks, top of the line applicances, kitchen, and accomodations. Our vacation could not have turned out better and Steve helped with ideas and suggestions that pointed us in the right directon. Really awesome.
