My husband, daughter, and I just had a great week away in Hampton Beach! The house was a perfect space for us and had everything we wanted/needed. The location is so close to the beach and in walking distance to everything! Jake was very easy to get in touch with. Thank you!!

Great location and the view from upper deck to die for!

This property rental is just like it's stated. This by far has been the better of any rentals we've stayed in and we've been going with my mom growing up. I've taken my children and grandchildren. We definitely have found our place to rent from now on. Jake was wondering with everything, from checking in & out to all the information on the house wifi ,ect. Beds were comfortable, it really helped having a washer and dryer! We definitely will be returning next summer! Thank you Jake see you next summer!

This was our 2nd year vacationing in this house. It was even better than the last time! Jake has obviously taken much care in his property and the updated kitchen was perfect! We will rent this spot for as long as Jake will have us!!

The property was very close to everything.
Something I didn’t see that would have been nice: a fly swatter, take out menus and brochures for local activities or attractions.
It would also be nice to have outside faucets that were operable to rinse off after beach days, and rinse beach equipment.

We are a family of 5 & recently spent a week in this great little rental. The house is much more spacious than the pictures imply…I was nervous about our 3 kids sharing a room but they all had space to store their stuff and spread out. The master bedroom is also quite large. It was a very hot week so we didn’t spend a ton of time out on the upstairs deck but we did get to take in a few sunsets & the view was beautiful. The location was perfect…close enough to be walking distance to the beach & entertainment but far enough that it wasn’t too noisy. The kitchen was updated & the laundry was super quiet despite being right near the dining area. Everything was clean when we got there & the AC kept up with the temps in the upper 90s. We’ve been coming to Hampton Beach for years and this was one of my favorite rentals that we’ve stayed at.
I will say that there was a mixup with our reservation & Jake was excellent about communicating the mistake with us and truly made everything right. I would rent again from him any time. We hope to be back here next year.

We had a great experience at Jake’s place , the house was beautiful and clean and plenty of room . There was an issue with a bathroom light and Jake was there to fix it right away . Hampton Beach had always been a favorite of my family’s and I would recommend this place to everyone 😎🏖

The property location was great! We loved drinking our coffee and eating on the deck that over looks the back habour. The sunsets were amazing! The house was also very clean and welcoming.

Excellent location and great places to enjoy Hampton
Great view from the deck. Awesome live music from the nearby restaurant. Property manager was easy to work with. We loved it here and can’t wait to go back next year!

Awesome stay in Hampton Beach
Our second stay at this property in 3 years. Perfect location, pretty clean and well-equipped. Contact with the owner was very easy. Dryer broke before our arrival and it was replaced promptly.

The interior of the property was just as advertised in photos. We were pleasantly surprised! We had an issue with one of the appliances, but Jake was quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Will Stay Here Every Time!
Our 1st visit here was great last year and this year, even better. Super clean, smooth check-in, everything in great working order. And a wonderful, communicative landlord and helpful neighbor. Location is perfect - a block and 1/2 from beach, lovely views of the marsh for sunsets, nearby restaurants and activities. Will stay here every time! Thanks for a great vacation, Jake!

Stayed for the weekend with 6 friends. Place was clean and super close to everything. Parked out cars and didn’t have to use them all weekend.

Great place to stay!
Location is a short walk to Ocean Blvd. and beach, sunset viewing from the upstairs deck is the best, pictures on Vrbo are accurate. Very nicely decorated inside and a quiet respite from the outside hustle and bustle on the weekend. Weekdays were quieter and if there was noise at night we didn't hear it with the bedroom air conditioning units running. The kids (ages 3 and 6 years old) had a blast!

Perfect place for the Smuttynose marathon
We rented this house for a long weekend in order to have a home base while running in the race. The house was roomy with enough room for all guests and a large clean common area for pre and post game activities. The deck after the run, overlooking the ocean while grilling dinner was the best. And the best part was that we were in walking distance to the start and finish of the race. Perfect spot!!

Roomy, Renovated Beach Condo!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo. Many updated renovations and new furniture and supplies. They had everything we could need and more. Great location - just a 2-block walk to the beach and very close to the boardwalk, kids playground, and fun restaurants. Also lovely views of the bay. There were some cleaning issues upon arrival, but the super-responsive landlord took care of them immediately, as well as made it up to us. Landlord continued to be very communicative and happy to please throughout the week. We really recommend this condo to families!

Wonderful!
We had a great time in Hampton beach and this was the perfect place for us. There was great space and we loved the upper deck and the beautiful views. It was the perfect location and walk to the beach. We loved that we were able to park three cars as that has always been an issue with other places we have stayed. Overall, it was a great stay!! Accomodations and location was perfect !
Thanks Jake, The house was, clean, quiet, comfy and beautifully decorated.The deck was a wonderful hangout , especially for some great sunsets. Appliances and essentials were all there and in perfect condition. If we needed anything your response was within minutes. Highly recommend to anyone for a great relaxing vacation. Thanks again Jake.

The perfect vacation home! Close enough to entertainment but in a quiet area.
This home is a beautifully decorated beach home with all the necessities. I could not have needed anything more for a great week at the beach with children. The deck was also peaceful to watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. The neighbors are also helpful and pleasant. I would look forward to renting again.
