About this house rental
Located in Hampton Beach, this charming house for $380 per night is a great choice for your next break. NO CLEANING FEE! Great place for extended families! Webber gas grill. This rental is actually two complete apartments connected by in inside stairway. Stay with the family yet still have privacy. Short walk to the beach! Close to the rocks for crab hunting. Walking distance to everything Hampton has to offer! Large unit has 5 bedrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms and two baths. Large enough to stretch out and have the whole family comfortable. Multigenerational groups will appreciate the set up. Lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, one kitchen and one bath. Bedroom 1, king, bedroom 2 twin bunk beds, bedroom 3, two twins. Early risers would be happy here where the morning sun shines into the living room. First floor also has a pull out full couch along with one standard couch. Upstairs has two bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a full bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds, kitchen, living room and bath. There is also a sofa that turns into a full size bed. Those that like to sleep in would be away from the bustle of downstairs. This property boasts a fenced in yard to keep the little ones safe. In addition to a gas grill there are picnic tables with umbrellas. Internet is included. The two TVs have Roku and Hulu+Live streaming. Owners will be cleaning the property themselves to insure the unit is immaculate when you arrive There are two guaranteed parking spots for this unit. Bedcovers and pillows provided. Bring your own linen, towels, paper products and personal supplies. June 29 2024 through August 31 3024 7night stay Saturday to Saturday only. Stayed with 7 other 40+ adults and ran the half marathon in the morning that goes right by the house. Perfect spot for that! One bedroom didn't have a door, and the neighboring houses/apartments were VERY close. Might pose a challenge if you had young kids that needed to be asleep early. Wasn't a problem for us.

Very happy with the rental property. :-)
Fm but, we find it frustrating to have to deal with the Hampton area rentals that do not provide bed sheets, bath towels and washclothes, dish cloth, toilet tissue and paper towels, hand and dish soap.
No other area we've stayed in throughout the USA or International travel expects guest to pack those essential items.
I feel we should at least be able to add that to the rental cost and have it provided for us.

We had a great stay at this home. The owners were so responsive and kind and we had plenty of room!! So great having 2 entire "apartments" connected in one home! Betty, was also so wonderful and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

The property was perfect for what we planned. We had family and extended family over various nights of the week. The yard was wonderful for the children and having barbecues. The location was perfect to get out too busy areas quickly but Retreat back to quiet when we were ready. The owners were very responsive and any were taken care of immediately. We had a great time!

This house is a great value with being close to the beach, located at a super convenient location and one of the best layouts! The separate floors with two kitchens make it perfect for grandparents and all of their grandchildren to celebrate the summer. The hosts are awesome and super responsive! Thank you so much for continuing with our family tradition of making memories at Hampton Beach (for five generations now !!!)

I definitely recommend this property. It was perfect for our large family! The house and property was so clean! The owners were so quick at getting back to us when we had questions.
Having the fenced in back yard was so great with the grandbabies. We were able to eat outside for dinner and I loved that!
Having the two floors was perfect. We were able to get quiet time if needed. Especially nap time.
So close to the beach and the boardwalk and we took full advantage of both!

I do not like to leave reviews like this but due to the issues I feel it is important.
The positives-The owners responded quickly to any message sent during the booking process and on check in day.
The location is ideal to get to the boardwalk and beach, just a quick walk.
I have photos of all areas mentioned.
Excessive Mold and growth in between screen and windows upstairs so bad that you did NOT dare to open.
Shower mold on walls and shower heads. Nobody wanted to shower in there.
Ceiling fan with so much dust and filth it looked like it was never cleaned. Not usable safely like this.
I killed 11 jumping black spiders. Some big and some small in various inside areas of the property, most in the downstairs twin bedroom. Clearly has to be a nest somewhere.
Loud evenings til 230am. Not sure where the loud conversations were from but sounded like it was directly outside the window, everyone in the house heard it and was up.
It was very disappointing after spending that money to not be able to shower after beach days at the property you paid for. Instead asking friends to use their shower.
To be on constant look out for the spiders with an infant... does not make for a relaxing family vacation.
I hope these issues get taken care of and nobody else has to deal with this here.

Absolutely beautiful area and neighborhood. We spent time at Hampton beach, traveled to Massachusetts and Maine and ate at numerous seafood restaurants. The home was clean and ready. Neighbors were very welcoming and helpful. The home is within walking distance of everthing and a 3 minute walk to the ocean. We cant say enough about the great communication from our hosts and the beauty of the area.
The house was equipped for sleeping many people. Just note, there isnt alot of living space but was definitely doable for 7 adults. The fenced in yard is shard among the properties and parking is limited to 2 cars. Remember to bring linens, towels and paper products including TP and paper towels. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

The home was as described. The host Mary went above and beyond on our request to have a late check out. Our family had a wonderful time and can not wait to go again and rent this home. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed within walking distance. The home held the large family gathering we had with plenty of space for both the adults and kids. Thank you Mary for the late checkout. It helped with getting the full enjoyment out of the weekend.

Two minute walk to the beach, and importantly it is a very uncrowded portion of the beach that is far from the public parking areas. The house is small, and the room with bunk beds was missing a door, which we did not discover until getting there, and forced us to alter our plans. Otherwise the house was clean and met our needs very well. Also great location to some great restaurants.

Great for families
It was a great place for our family. There were plenty of beds for all of us and the cottage was just a short walk to the beach and only a slightly longer walk to the shops and arcades.

There were 7 of us staying in the main house. The accomodation upstairs was very nicely arranged, with plenty of shared space. Downstairs was a little more cramped with two very nice bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. We were very surprised to find the bunk bed room had no door, it would have been fine for small children but was very small for an adult and had no clothes storage space.
The kitchen was adequately equipiped, we only used it for coffee and breakfast, we didn't prepare food or cook in it.
Mary was great at responding to our messages, and very helpful with our needs. We would stay there again.

The Perfect Family Hampton Beach Getaway!!
The hosts, Mary and Dennis, made this the easiest, most enjoyable trip I have been on. The check in and check out processes were super easy, the house had a beautiful layout(was super clean, well decorated) and was well stocked (with a beautiful weber grill, lobster pots, stainless steel cookware) with a lot of thoughtful amenities and the hosts always responded back (even to emails) very quickly. We had 11 people (6 adults and 5 children) and enjoyed having a LOT of space. Thank you so much!!!

House was exactly what I expected. Have been to Hampton many times, but this was my first time actually staying for a week. We all had a great time. House was clean and setup perfectly for the different age groups. All communications with Mary were responded to quickly. Location was ideal.

Perfect house for entertaining
This is the first time renting this house for our family. The owners are very easy to contact and respond quickly.
The house is well kept and clean. There is plenty of room for a large group. We had our two grandchildren 4 and 7 yrs old. The back yard was perfect for them to play in.
We were very pleased with our stay there and will def be interested renting again.

Family trip
This was the first time renting a house for our family trip and it was wonderful this house was perfect for our family. Mary, the manager was wonderful and made our stay easy and comfortable. We were only a 3 minute walk to the beach which is great with a five year old. I will definitely book this house again.

We had a great time! The floor plan of the home made it easy for the early risers to stay down stairs and those who slept late upstairs undisturbed. Location was great. Because of Covid-19 we decided to concentrate on the beach. The location kept us away from crowds and allowed easy access to local restaurant take out. Hoping to book again for next year!
