About this house rental
Experience Hampton Beach in this perfect 2-bedroom house -200 steps to the beach. Enjoy a spacious open concept fully renovated beach house. The space features a king bedroom with its own balcony, a Full/twin bunk bed, and a sofa bed, plus an additional space with a twin bed for extra comfort. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms and laundry. Whether you’re relaxing on the beach all day or enjoying all the activities Hampton Beach has to offer, this amazing home offers a nice balance of style, comfort and convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
The property shares a driveway with two other units. There is one designated parking spot for this unit (see pictures for location). Unit 9A sits to the right of unit 7 and directly behind unit 9. There is a shared courtyard behind unit 9 which is where the entrance to 9A is located.
***Peak Season Rental Policy***
From mid-June through August this unit can only be rented on a weekly basis. Check-in is on Saturday at 4PM and checkout is at 11AM the following Saturday. The available weeks are listed below.
For 2026 The Peak Weeks are:
1. June 20th - 27th
2. June 27th - July 4th
3. July 4th - July 11th
4. July 11th - 18th
5. July 18th - July 25th
6. July 25th - August 1st
7. August 1st - August 8th
8. August 8th - August 15th
9. August 15th- August 22nd
10. August 22nrd- August 29th

A lovely, contemporary home just a short walk from the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The owners were always quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend them and their beach house.

This was the best vrbo yet. Many extras to make your vacation special. Even a beach cart to take your beach gear easily. Very clean. Kitchen, all stuff you need. Beach and the strip was close enough to walk to.

Phenomenal stay! Gil and Tracie were a dream to work with. This house is a little gem and close to everything you could possibly want in a little beach trip. The property was immaculate and so inviting. 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!
