There is one parking space for this unit but note they are tight. Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Important: Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises. No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Any noise violation reported either by Minut or a disturbed neighbor will result in a warning. The second offense will result in a $100 fine and is subject to immediate cancellation without refund. The third offense is $500 and subject to immediate cancellation without refund.
